I never submit bad reviews but after this happened twice, I felt I had to . This past Saturday a prescription was called in . It was one that was needed that night . I called 30 minutes after the nurse said she had called it in and the girl said they never received it. Called again an hour later and still hadn’t received it . The pharmacy was closing in 2 hours , so I called the doctor on call and left a message and also the regular doctors cell phone and left a message , it was very concerning as it was a Saturday of a holiday weekend . . Finally with 45 minutes before the pharmacy closed , another person answered the phone and said she would check her voicemail ! Thank goodness it was on a voicemail all along . So if they say it’s not there , ask if they checked voicemail

Very poor service got passed off because I ask for a bag for my purchase and I ask for my receipt and held out my hand to take it she put in bag and flipped handle of bag to me I told her she was rude and she just gave me a dirty look

Called in my prescription last week but never received a call, but no-calls have happened before and since I had the day off I thought I'd drop in and pick it up. After the woman at the counter looked for five minutes to find the refill request, I was told they can't submit anything to insurance for billing due to a cyber attack but I could pay the cash price ($540+ dollars) which I declined to do. When I asked why wasn't I contacted, the rude woman behind the counter simply quipped, "It was all over the news!" Well, perhaps she wastes her free time this way, but I haven't watched TV in years and I don't think "the News" should be Aurora Pharmacy's customer support desk. I immediate transferred my prescription to another pharmacy.

Super convenient. Easiest and faster way to get your prescriptions if you are in the building visiting a doctor. I wasn't feeling well and went to the Walk-in Clinic. They gave me a prescription. I walked around the corner to the Aurora Pharmacy... 10 minutes later I was out the front door. The pharmacists were friendly and helpful. I was really happy I went there. I highly recommend using them.

Absolutely fantastic! I needed something taken care of and it was a bit of a pain. Staff told me no problem and took care of it immediately with no issue. Very thankful!!

I love using this pharmacy.. The staff gets to know you and you don't feel like you are just a number. Very convenient hours and they offer curbside pickup
