Highly recommend! Was rear ended and had to replace bumper and trunk. Great job on the repairs. Paint was perfect match. Kept us updated on the process which comforted my mom and took away any guessing and calling in questioning. The car was returned clean and shiny.

While we were away this summer in Florida, someone hit my car and left without a note or any contact information. What I thought was minor turned out to be pretty major as the person who hit me broke all the clips on my Fender. Caliber Collision did an amazing job and repaired my car bumper to brand new status. They were quick and efficient and kept me informed. My car was returned clean and pristine. My daughter actually used Caliber Collision when she hit a deer accidentally, her car was a mess and they put the entire thing back together and it looked brand new when she got it back. I don't think we're going to go anywhere else should we ever need their services again. I'm glad to know that they are there and they will care for us.They arranged for our rental car and it was there when we needed it.A
We were able to leave it with them afterwards, by the way, we use enterprise.And they are wonderful as well. Thank you, Caliber Collision for making a very frustrating situation better.

My husband and I highly recommend Caliber Collision, Store #3361, Mt. Pleasant, for all auto repair needs. Marisa Perales, Service Advisor, is outstanding at her job. She is knowledgeable, has great customer service skills, and keen sense of attention to detail. She kept us well informed on the cost of the repair and expected return date of our auto. The technicians are I-CAR Gold Class Certified. They partner with Enterprise Rent-A-Car for transportation while your auto is in the shop. We give them 10 out of 10 (Totally Satisfied).

My car was backed into and the hit h of a truck damaged the bumper, grill and trim.
This place did a great job. Emailed me photos, kept me informed by text. They finished earlier than predicted date. EVERYONE is super friendly. We're very satisfied and highly recommend.

I just visited her for an estimate. I've gotten 2 so far today, and both went very well and smoothly. Within a minute of walking in the door a man exited a near office and in the most abrasive way possible started telling me all the ways my expectations were wrong. Except I had no expectations, just a question about finding out how long the repairs would take approximately. What a terrible experience. I highly recommend avoiding this place. AC Auto on memorial drive is who I would recommend after my experiences today.
