I have been going to diva nails for years! It’s the only place I trust to do my nails! I know where I get my nails done they will look amazing… but most importantly they last. Selena does an amazing job for me and my daughter! Won’t go anywhere else! And if your looking for something unique.. Selena gave me a new set of acrylics with flowers and little butterflies inside of them… absolutely gorgeous… AMAZING! And affordable.

Worst pedicure ever. The young man that took care of me did not file ties to make nails even and just walked off without asking me how I liked them. I used to come here years ago but the business has went downhill. I will not return to this nail salon again.

This was definitely not the best pedicure I’ve had, and I’m not sure it was worth the $40. The technician didn’t even use lotion and kept jabbing the sides of my toes with his overly long thumbnail, which was uncomfortable. I got the pedicure two days ago, and two of my toenails have already completely lost their polish (the ones that are now pink)- the first came off within 12 hours, and the other was gone by the time I woke up this morning. The rest are chipping, too. I don’t use gel polish, and usually, my pedicures last several weeks without any issues. After having hundreds of pedicures over the years, this is the first time I’ve experienced anything like this. I’ll give them one more chance before deciding, but it’s not looking good.
Update: just a few minutes after posting my review I lost half the polish on my big toe… maybe I won’t go back…

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. If you want to feel bad about yourself go there. I work hard for the money I do have and yes getting nails is a necessity. I was treating myself because coming from FL I didn't know how the nail shops were out here. I can now say that they try to make you use gel polish for the extra money. They don't do your nails the way you want them done. I only gave one star because I had but I wouldn't have given them none. They need to work on their customer service skills. I wanted a nail overlay with regular polish. Overlay on my big toe. That was too hard for them to do.

I arrived for my pedicure appt on time and only had to wait 5-10 mins. I immediately noticed how strong the fumes were upon arriving. This was my first experience with Diva Nails so I'm not sure if their ventilation wasn't working on this particular day or if this is a common issue. I get my nails done including acrylics very often and have never noticed or minded the smell in other nail shops. The pedicure itself was just ok. I always get gel and their polish selection was pretty good. The nail tech had my water set to the hottest temp and I had to ask her to cool it off. It was beyond hot! She started clipping my nails right away and before I realized or could even say anything my nails were cut all the way down. She filed them slightly but there was no room left for shaping. I noticed the pumice stone was not new and was obviously used/worn down. None of the other tools were new or kept in a sanitized area. The tech did not wear gloves. The exfoliating gel was right next to the pedicure area and had no lid. The tech spooned the gel onto the used pumice stone and put the spoon right back in the jar. The hot stone and towel wrap was nice but again very hot. My skin was so red and irritated after the pedicure. I did not receive any lotion, oil or massage other than the exfoliant and hot stones.
Fast forward 9 days later ... My gel polish is chipping and on one nail the entire polish slid right off!! I called and told them what had happened and the lady was kind of rude and told me "gel only lasts 10 days" so they don't guarantee anything past that. I've never had my gel polish last anything less than 3 weeks! Sometimes I can go a full month before needing a change. Most places guarantee 2 weeks. I was not looking for a refund but would of been happy with them fixing it. The pedicure cost $60 before tip. My husband also got a pedicure so between the two of us and tip we spent around $120.00
I will not be returning based on the rude customer service, quality of service and lack of cleanliness.
Cleanliness: Very strong Monomer fumes. Tools kept out in the open and used between clients. Cross-contamination concerns. Tech didn't wear gloves.

I was over charged 95$ for a style and length that I was only charged 65/70$ at Racine Nails and Michelle's. I'll never come back again NEVER

I got acrylic extensions and their work was pretty expertly done. They take critique well. I got a unique manicure that they were able to execute. What the other review said it's pretty standard nail salon, but if you're looking for something familiar this is a place to go. I would assume they are Vietnamese. I tend to prefer this since I'm used to it.
