Definetly do not recommend buying a used vehicle from these guys. They'll say whatever you wanna hear to get you off the lot with a vehicle. Also the mechanic shop is awful. They will tell you nothing is wrong when in reality there is. Took my truck for a bad tie rod and bad steering link after only driving the truck for 2k miles. I take it in and they say oh just needed an alignment. Well 2 months later out of alignment again. My truck also needed almost 3.5k in work which was their quote and the said they'd give 500 dollars towards repairs. I didn't even own the truck for 4 months and had put about 4000 miles on it.10/10 don't recommend. This place for a vehicle purchase or repair work

I took my 2009 Chevy Alvalanche in for an oil change and while I was there they did a multipoint inspection and sent me a copy of the video and stated that my truck was good to go no issues were found. After a month had gone by I noticed that my oil had dropped down below 60% of usage. So took it to another shop where they found 2 major leaks. The front seal and the rear main seal has a really bad leak. Also that I have a valve cover leak, my rotors needs replacing, left front control arm is loose. None of this is listed on the invoice. I have an actual video where they were under my truck and reported nothing was wrong. I made an appointment to go back for an inspection and was told that I needed to pay $175 for an inspection and that would go towards my repair if they found anything wrong. I have gone to another facility and had a very detailed inspection and was told that the above issues needed to be addressed asap. I assumed that if I was to go to the company that manufactured this vehicle I would get excellent information. This is not the case and I will no longer do any business with this company.

I saw the truck on the lot at 90+k miles, offroad edition, and assuredly the previous owner had no idea how to use a power washer or even a drive through car wash. Rust on rust for a 2019... They still wanted over 40k for it, took several hours of back n forth, but finally talked them down a little. These guys are trying to become millionaires off their vehicles. Better to check around auto trader. My truck is squealing from one of the pulleys or serp belt, while trying to pull this trailer they assured me it was more then capable of handling... I will have to install new pulleys and belt myself, because the dealer refuses to wait for it to be cold to assess it or schedule a real appointment for me to bring it in to be assessed. Also, to handle the trailer better, this will need airbags and actual towing tires, as I told them the offroad tires were not necessary for the trailer I am pulling. They do not listen, they just hope you like stupid add ons, they can charge 1000's extra for.

Very helpful staff!Mr. Tessmer, really worked hard to put together a deal for my wife and I. He really went above and beyond. Overall, the whole staff was very pleasant and came off very approachable and not just salesmen and women. Look forward to working with them again. I would surely recommend them to anyone.

I came in with issues including an oil leak and squeaky brakes. The service team provided me with a video and thorough information on what was happening, what services they recommended, and what was highest priority so I could make an informed decision. They communicated with me well throughout the entire process. There was an issue post-service, discovered as I was driving home, but the team was quick to respond and fix the issue with genuine apologies. Morry was great to work with, I would recommend this team.

I purchased a New 2023 Chevy Colorado recently. The Salesman, Petko had the Vehicles I was interested in Washed and ready to test drive as I had talked to him on the phone earlier. I was impressed with his enthusiasm in his customer service delivery. He was attentive in showing me the accessories and the overall functions of the Colorado. The General Manager Chris was also attentive during the process of buying the vehicle. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and impressed with the Sales Staff Petko and his professionalism. Other Sales Staff Rueban and Dan were also friendly when we were talking about Sports Teams. Bottom Line, I would highly recommend looking for a new or used vehicle at Frank Boucher Chevy.

Major let down. Have had many good experiences w this location servicing my other vehicles. Have also had a good experience with their body shop. Had my son call in day before about setting up appt to have the vehicle he drives looked at for some body work issues. We did suspect there might be some rust, but not sure and wanted to have it checked out. Nothing was visible. We were told, no appt needed. Be there between 7:30am and 4:00 and they could look it over and give estimate just avoid the lunch hour. Got there just before 9 and immediately told "We DON'T DO NO RUST REPAIR". Well, we were not sure there is, and wanted it checked out. Person standing next to Body Shop Service Desk, claiming to be Manager, says I should go back to my dealer to have it looked at. Never mind came to Boucher because of previous body shop work. I asked if they could just look it over, like were told the day before, but Nope. "The Body Shop Lift is all tied up today." So, asked what about tomorrow? "No." What about next week. "Laughter" I really got the message that this was nothing more than the KISS OFF. So, we left. But, happened to do a drive by open door to body shop lifts, both alignment and hoist. Guess what, nothing there. I am aware that there have been personnel changes in the Body Shop Management area. I can see that they are not for the better. I can say all the good experiences I have had at Boucher have been pulverized due to this visit. If you enjoy being lied to your face, this is the shop for you. I will have to consider if this is the management culture that is filtering to all the Boucher dealerships, because I own cars purchased from them too. Yeah, pretty pissed about this experience.

Our salesman, Gio, was fantastic! He went above be and beyond (more than once) to make sure our family was well taken care of, even when it wasn’t convenient for him. We will be returning to him for future needs, and recommend him personally to friends.Also, the service department was very quick with any enhancements that were made to our new vehicle, and they were friendly and courteous as well!

Sales person was horrible. Service was not good at all. Just was trying to hurry up and sale without making sure everything was fine. I had to go through the sales manager to get excellent service. Car was not clean, parts were broken. Also false advertise a little with the looks of the car. There were black rims when showing but wasn’t on there when I got the car. So I give it 2 stars because of the sales man I had , but if I gotten the whole experience from the sales manager Nick it would have been higher. So I would say pay attention to who’s trying to sell you the car and be careful.

Giovanni was amazing and provided excellent, professional service. Very down to earth and made my car buying experience fun and stress-free. He wasn't pushy and annoying like most sales people and made me feel comfortable, not smothered and backed into a corner. That's the main reason I bought the car!

Once again, the service was awesome. I accidentally missed my appointment, thought it was today, come to find out it was last Friday. When the man told me "your appointment was actually last friday," he quickly followed up with, "but we got ya covered, we'll take care of you." Not of it...we'll take care of you. He continued and said it might be a little longer than anticipated. I was expecting to be there for at least three hours for this particular service. Nope, hour and fifteen minutes later, he pulled my trick up and said it was done. Shop is clean, waiting area has complimentary coffee, water and soda. Large area too, not fighting for a spot to sit. It's quiet too. WIFI is listed in the most obvious spot so you don't have to hunt people down to get it. Again, great experience.
