I wasn't happy with the cashier on 6/25/2024. I was trying to make an even exchange for a T-shirt that I bought for my grandson. I purchased the small size because the shirt was on an XL hanger. The cashier kept asking the other cashiers I she should return it because she thinks someone wore it. There's a difference between size S and size XL. Ms. cashier you don't own the store. Get over it.

I love that you can pay your charge account in store. I go there regularly to check out their sales and since I am a cosmetic girl I visit Sephora which is conveniently located inside Kohl’s.
