Kwik Trip #395 generally provides a convenient, clean, and efficient experience for customers. Many appreciate the quick service, full tanks of gas, and well-maintained car washes, emphasizing that a clean car goes faster and less dirt means less wind resistance. The staff is often praised for being friendly and helpful, with employees like Mitch going out of their way to deliver food directly to customers' cars, adding a personal touch. However, there are some issues at this location. Customers have reported problems with the chip readers at the pumps and inside the store, which have been out of service for over two years. This inconvenience forces customers to go inside to pay with a debit card, leading to long lines and frustration, especially when in a hurry. Some reviews mention that deals and promotions are inconsistent or discontinued without notice, such as buy-one-get-one offers on drinks, which adds to customer dissatisfaction. One negative experience involved expired food from the cooler, which caused stomach upset and disappointment, suggesting a need for better inventory checks. Overall, while the business is praised for its service, cleanliness, and convenience, recurring issues with payment methods and promotional deals tarnish its reputation at this particular location.
I have never been to a bad Kwik Trip. Even the worst KT is superior to any other gas station.
But I will say this is the first/only Kwik Trip that didn’t say “See ya next time”- and that made me a tad sad.
(Happened a couple times)
But solid food, service, and people!

I I was just in this store ask am employee about a product and she was very very rude to me I’ve been going to kwik trips for a very long time and never experienced this type of rudeness. If she doesn’t like her job find one where you don’t work with people .
