Well I walked in expecting the normal pizazz I get at the other kwik trips and now I am septic. So there’s that ….There’s 5 people standing up front at the register and the floors are soooo disgusting ..the counters are messy and so on ….

Hi I'm a big customer since I'm a construction worker so I'm often here in the mornings for coffee and breakfast usually a good experience. But recently I've been trying to buy some small groceries since we do a lot of onsite cooking but have been noticing the produce is awful. It's wet rotten stinky and it's just pure juice I mean the potato bags are swimming in their own juice which is disgusting it emits an awful smell I don't know how they don't even check or even smell that. Naturally like I said this is my go-to store since I live nearby it and I've never complained about anything good coffee good doughnuts heck even the apples look shiny but that was a couple of weeks ago. Now I've noticed staff more upset more attitude less helpfulness. Let's not even mention I bought some milk the other day and it said it expired that same day. Weird as far as I know they shouldn't be selling anything that should have almost expired that same day at least not at full price I've seen they mark them more then 50% off when something is about to get expired. I don't know maybe it's this location losing it because I've never had this type of experience with this location again it's the nearest to me it's convenient and lively location next to big stores like Menards and Walmart so they should have some type of standards but who knows what they dealing with now such a shame guess I gotta start going down to the spring location hopefully they got better service. 👍🙌

I usually have a great experience. I come here almost everyday: but today I am upset…I got a roll of salami and cheese from the cooler and it was expired. Immediately after eating it I thought it smelled strange but salami and cheese smells strange sometimes
God I threw up ! After eating a little bit of it … Please check your expiration dates.

I have never been to a bad Kwik Trip. Even the worst KT is superior to any other gas station.
But I will say this is the first/only Kwik Trip that didn’t say “See ya next time”- and that made me a tad sad.
(Happened a couple times)
But solid food, service, and people!

I I was just in this store ask am employee about a product and she was very very rude to me I’ve been going to kwik trips for a very long time and never experienced this type of rudeness. If she doesn’t like her job find one where you don’t work with people .

Quick, convenient, clean, and easy to use. We got a full tank of gas and a Non-Touch car wash. What more could you ask for… a full tank and a clean car. I love using the car washes at Kwik Trip. They always do a great job. As I always say, “a clean car goes faster… less dirt means less wind resistance.” ?. I highly recommend Kwik Trip… for both gas and a car wash.

Went in for a money order and the first lady I came in contact with was very friendly and professional but I had to get out of line to get cash. I was hoping to get back into her line but I wasn't so lucky. I got up to the register and told Andrew I needed to get a money order, with his bothered attitude he responded with "for?" His attitude was very unprofessional and lacked basic customer service etiquette. He needs general training on speaking to customers and if he has received this training he needs to be retrained.I like going to Kwik Trip, but Andrew has turned me off to this location.
