Saturday schedule states 10am - 3pm, that's 5hrs.Arrived at this location at noon to find the doors locked and a clock sign up stating will return at 12:50pm. You just opened, why are you on a hour break?I am sitting in the lot waiting and writing this review and so far have seen 4 customers approach and leave.

Update below - Low quality parts - two replacement screens had issues. Dropped off my laptop that I needed a screen replaced. Paid twice what I could have ordered one from Amazon. Had an issue with them on a screen too. The local MKE PC shop should have the best vendors to get parts from, Right? After I picked up the repaired laptop with a new screen the pixels were dead right in the center. Words like "industry standard" were used and another screen was ordered. They got the part from another vendor this time and that one had dead pixels too. I was lucky that they were near the edges of the screen. When I asked why I wasn't told that this is common the response was that it must be the lack of inventory and the quality control is downgraded. "Never had this happen before". OK that's what we call B stock. I would gladly pay more for a better product. If I had known then I would have just bought a new laptop. $150.00 to see a dead / bright pixel on my screen is not what I ordered. I think Scott did everything he could except pick up the phone and have the vendor send another screen. I mean how could it happen again? He gave up so beware of a screen issue, your on your own.Under New Management - Made arrangements with Tom in the Appleton store to have issues resolved. Tom made things better with a new screen and a adjustment on the pricing. I hope to get better local service in the future. Having to deal with issues from google reviews get old. The new screen has a warranty that makes me happy. Thanks to Tom for making this right. Updated to 4 stars!

The owner is knowledgeable and friendly. Within 2 weeks I got a call and they had found exactly what was wrong and fixed it inexpensively. They went above and beyond and straightened up my PC in a few ways I didn’t even consider as well.(This was during a busy time with the pandemic and all, I think within 2 weeks was really fast all things considered)

Worst service ever. Dropped off laptop and was told 2 to 3 days, 3 weeks later after I called a number of times was told it was all set just had a bad update which they said they removed. Picked it up and paid the $41.99charge and left. Got home 15 minutes later and turned on computer and it was doing the same thing it was when I took it in. I took it to a different computer repair shop and he told me the hard drive was bad, I told him to fix it. I called Milw. PC next day and told the lady what had happened and that I wanted my $42.00 dollars back, she said I can assure you the hard drive was good when they checked it and it must have been on the verge of going bad and went bad when I got home Worst service and communication ever.
