Martel at US Cellular was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help me get the right phone and a great phone case. His customer service was excellent, and his friendly attitude and great smile made the whole experience enjoyable. He really knows how to treat people right. Helpful employee but I've never had a worse headache from another employee's amount of perfume. The whole place smelled like a bottle of perfume was dumped out.

We had questions concerning international phone plans. The young lady whom we talked to was very condescending towards us and losing her patience with us. We walked out. I do not want to use there service anymore.

Martel Berry helped me out - Had a great experience at US Cellular thanks to the salesman who helped me pick out my new iPhone 16 Pro Max and accessories. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I went into Uscellular to pay my bill with the consultant Emely Arroyo. I asked her after the bill was paid how much do I still owe on my phone. She let me know and also said there was going to be a discount on my future bills. I was so happy to know i was going to save almost 100.00! It is great to talk with an expert like Emely, Thank you!

If I could give them zero starts I would, the customer service is ridiculous. Emely took zero time to explain or answer any of the questions we had. If you don’t like your job maybe don’t be dealing with customer if you’re not going to provide service or clarify concerns/questions!!!

STAY AWAY. EVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON I HAVE DEALT WITH IS VERY RUDE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. EVEN THE MANAGER IS THIS WAY. THEY LIE RIGHT TO YOUR FACE. I STRONGLY SUGGEST GOING TO T-MOBILE.

Went to trade in my phone and get more storage on a new phone . They were suppose to transfer the old phone to the new phone and the salesman Jarin explained he will get everything transferred. He messed up and set it up wrong we’re only phone #’s and picts came over missing 65 gigs of memory. He said don’t worry it will come over. I go back the next day “Sorry” we don’t guarantee it. ( We will not return your old phone it’s gone)Went home and called a I.T at us cellular and said that was an odd transfer. I could see the 70 gig file still. I go back to the store and told another lady who instantly verbally assaulted/rude to me to think I was dumb.. Then she said “she could get her manager who wouldn’t be able to do anything for me anyways” came over to belittle me too until I showed him the file un downloaded. 1st person never set it up right and luckily it wasn’t lost. No sorry we messed up or nothing. I’ll never go back to this particular location ever again. 1 thing is to belittle a customer when the customer was right all along showin you were wrong and asking you to fix your mistake.
