I was in the store to get a new SIm Card because was requested for the Customer Service of Verizon to change it but I was waiting for 39 minutes and I never got the srrvuce, including never was registered to get the service, I hope they are no racist because I was the only Hispanic customer in the place for a full hour. Review: After I wrote this review I thought the Manager came to me and provide me the service. Great! I feel they respect everyone now!

Lazy..that is the only word to describe this store and their employees. I ordered a phone for pick up in store. The item was backordered but instead of calling to tell me, I had to find out going in to check on an order placed 3 hours prior. They are Verizon and have my phone number ...and there was a snow storm going on so it's not like they're were busy. Literally no customers in the store. But this isn't even what urked me. The thing that truly made me mad was the complete dismissive tone by the employee, like she had better things to do than explain to me what happened. Like I should know it was backordered, when the agent online told me they wouldn't be able to order it for pick up if they didn't have any in stock. But please, continue to speak to me like a small child who shouldn't be bothering her with my questions. No wonder people order online so much, the face to face interactions are so unpleasant. Sorry I bothered you and your tiktok scrolling on this snowy day. 😡

I came into the store looking to upgrade my Samsung S10e. Sean helped me and he was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to explain getting wireless internet from them also. I left with my new Samsung S24. I couldn't be happier. I've been with Verizon for 18 years. It's employees like Sean that keep me coming back. Never a disappointment.

When we walked in the store employees told us it would be a few minutes. Someone else walked in 5-10 minutes after us and the employees told them the same thing. After a couple minutes the store employees helped the person that walked in after us without saying anything else to us. Rude customer service

I went in today and needed some help with getting my icloud switched over from my original phone. Chavez was very knowledgeable and really took the time to help me and didn’t make me feel rushed even though it was closing soon!

Clean store. I went w a friend. She has an account w them. Store was nice. No waitingI looked into service w them but it's 25.00 bucks more a month than Spectrum. Needless to say, I won't be switching.

The employees at this store are very knowledgable and helpful. We are looking for ways to save money in the new year, and asked about ways to reduce our Verizon bill. Monica and Jazz helped us sort out a complicated bill situation and found a solution that saved us a lot of money. Monica has also taken time to help my wife understand her phone's features. Very happy with the awesome team at this location!

The phone service is great, I have yet to drop a call. My issue is with the salesman's transparency during the purchase of my family's cells phones. They do not warn you how costly the activation fees, device set up fees and taxes are till the very end. I am talking hundreds of dollars upon hundreds of dollars.

The lady short Latina at that place treated me as if I was mentally retarded she was very rude and snippy , I only asked her one question and she treated me very badly. Don't go to that place. It's horrible. The workers there treat the clients very badly.
