Savannah (salesperson) was awesome, everything else was very disappointing and I will not do business with Zeigler. I saw the vehicle at night and when I showed up to buy the next day the door handles were stained, multiple scratches, one key fob… Oh and the LoJack. If it's not an option, it should be included in the price and not as an add on that you can't decline. Update… they did offer to fix the scratches, but what about the real issues? Like upping my interest rate because I wouldn’t do the extended warranty? Glad I walked away. Will never be back.

Had my Tucson here for a oil and tire rotation. I had an appointment scheduled, and I was in and out in under an hour. Great friendly service. The waiting room has comfortable chairs, Wi-Fi, television, Keurig coffee, snacks, and bottled water.

Luke Nielsen was an amazing help. My car broke down a few miles north of there. Luke got me in contact with a towing company and my car was there in less than 30 minutes. He was super nice and got my car looked at the next day, even though they were very busy with the holidays. He explained everything and he solved my issue the very next day!! He was fantastic, I cannot recommend him and this dealership enough!

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent service that Ron Stewart (service advisor) provided my wife and I at Zeigler Hyundai of Racine. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the process of replacing the engine in our 2014 Hyundai Elantra. He kept us informed of the progress and explained everything clearly and patiently (he even provided us with a 2023 Hyundai loaner while the work was being performed). Ron went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the outcome and that our vehicle was running like new. WARRANTY WARNING!:I leased my 2021 Palisade from the former owner of what is now Zeigler Hyundai. When we leased this car we purchased all of the warranties. The warranties obviously span the length of the lease which is still active. So my husband and I were both really surprised to hear that we had NO warranties on the car when I got a non-repairable flat tire back in September. Apparently when the dealership changed hands they didn't do their due diligence when it came to making sure everyone's warranties were transferred as well. We were told they would change the tire that day and we would pay for it out of pocket but to keep the receipt and then if anyone found record of a tire warranty we could file the claim and be reimbursed. A few days later we found it and filed the claim. It is now DECEMBER and I just got a solid answer from the warranty company as to why my claim was denied. Turns out we needed a pre-approval from the warranty company before the tire was swapped. So basically now I'm out $300+ for the tire its self and whatever else we've spent on the stupid warranty. Also since the day they changed my tire, whenever I slow to a stop my car makes a loud clunking noise that I can literally feel through the driver side floor board. I love my Palisade but I will not renew the lease or buy the car at the end or deal with any of Zeigler's dealerships again.

This is the 2nd car we have purchased and it was fantastic. Collin and Adrian were incredible gentlemen. I will be buying EVERY car from them in the future. Business Manager was very helpful explaining our options. Overall if I could give them 10 star rating I would. Gotta love this team!

Was towed in after my engine seized..2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Ultimate. Ron Stewart my service rep was excellent.. first in dealing with Hyundai for approval for engine replacement under extended warranty program.. then arranging a rental car and overseeing the replacement process. The experience couldn't have been handled any better. Most appreciative.

We recently bought a brand new Tuscon from Zeigler. Our salesman Collin was very helpful and nice and so was the manager Eugene. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. We will definitely look to buy through them again for future purchases.

5 stars for A.J! He did absolutely everything he good to make the car buying experience great. I had a very terrible time at a dealership in Madison (not a hyaundai dealership) and he reassured me that's not how it will be at here. He also accommodated my needs by allowing to hold a car for me so it won't get sold by the time I could come back and pick it up, he also was very honest about the vehicles and how everything works and even offered to drive the vehicle all the way to door county and pick up the check if I couldn't make it down. AMAZING SERVICE! Couldn't stop telling people good things about him!

A waste of my time and energy. I drove far for a specific lease special. The MSRP on the car I wanted was $42K. He came back with the numbers and the total for the car was $47K with an added $2750 for a “protection coat” that’s added to every car. Plus some other nonsense. The payment was $100+ more than the advertised special. I’ve been leasing for decades with excellent credit so I know a hustle when I see one. Don’t waste your time.

5 star service by Chris Cortes and Marissa Hall.Contacted the dealership interested in test driving and getting pictures of a Tucson they had just received. Marissa contacted me immediately and went out of her way to get me extra pictures and confirm my appointment.Chris helped me with viewing a new and used Tucson, as well as comparing prices both through financing and leasing. We discussed what I was comfortable paying and even though we couldn’t get there right away, we did end up at a payment that I was comfortable with. I felt that Chris showed me respect and worked to get a deal done that benefited both sides.In the end, I got this 2024 Tucson SEL w/ convenience package and couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you Chris and Marissa for the exceptional service. Be sure to ask for these two if you need a new ride.

Decent experience with sales , Myles, but be prepared for a $500 add on over vehicle price as they had already installed Lojack. It’s on all their cars. I see little value in this app except for the dealers margin
