Requested style: Short Haircut & wanted hair covering ears, but stylist failed to ask until she was finished butchering my hair. She said “oh well I forgot to ask if you wanted ears cut out and I guess it’s too late now! She gave me a cut in like 15 minutes- never had it cut so fast EVER! Since I have to rely on someone to take me, it was 4 months since previous cut so was long overdue! Never ever go there unless you want a cheap horrible cut!

I have been going here for eight years and would not go anywhere else! Carla has worked miricles with my haircolor as well as cut! I have very thin hair but Carlas expertise at cutting makes it look thick! Prices are very affordable and all of Carlas staff are GREAT! Thanks Carla!

Told them and showed them the exact haircut I wanted - basically told me that was a bad idea and ended up cutting it how they wanted to. Was nervous to try this place and now I know why. Won’t ever be back.

I would give this 5 stars because the place is friendly and the stylists do a very nice job trimming my Hair to my liking-(so for them 5 stars) However, $17 for a 10 minute trim job is not inexpensive in my mind! I'll go elsewhere...Sorry!

My son who is 3, neurodivergent absolutely hates getting his haircut. Every place we’ve been to either visibly hates doing his hair or they make his dad or me hold his arms down and basically torture them. I was recommended by a client to go there. Felicia and Katie sat with my son and I just to get him more comfortable. No hair cut. Just patient and calm so next time, maybe we can do a cut. Or maybe another baby step. As a mom this was so awesome and actually made me tear up. The patience and understanding was impeccable. Definitely going back. They’re so sweet
