Robin is great. She has done just about every service for me, including soft perms so my hair would stay nice after I curled it and not go flat. Many many haircuts,coloring highlights over a period of many years. . I highly recommend her. The place is clean seems to be well run.

Mercisadies was so good at communicating with our 10 year old. She felt very heard. Her haircut turned out very cute and exactly as she wanted.

I was refused service today around 330 are walk ins not welcome anymore? I got out of work early so I could not make an appointment. I walked in and ask if I could get a bang trim and cut was told she had an appointment in 5 minutes. Didn’t even say anything else like we can get you in at a different time. Very disappointed with this location. I have always had no problem getting in to get a quick cut. Will have to find a different place to go.

Requested style: Short hairstyle with a sort of stacked bob. It turned out great!
Stylist: Tracy was great. She understood just what I wanted and stopped to show me in the mirror where she would be cutting before she did so. I appreciate she really listened.

Mercedes did a fantastic job. Shampoo and conditioner was therapeutic. The haircut was fantastic! And the blowdry almost put me to sleep ? plus I bought products that I really needed to grow this hair out so it doesn't dry right out. And I have plans for a highlight with her. She also took this half hour and we talked on a human level of a variety of things. Excellent hairdresser

Hair type: being 75and still have a full head of gray hair.mercedes can cut it exactly as the last time, with mustache included.first time anyone can get it done right. thanks
