Jesse at Dollar General in Mukwonago has a serious attitude problem. I have to go in the store almost every other day and always treat him with respect. I expect the same in return. Not anymore.

We came close to 10:00 and the cashiers were standing outside. They said you have one minute to find what you need before we close. When we got inside they would not tell us where the needed item was and by the time we found it our one minute was up according to them. It was like a game to them and we did not appreciate being part of it.

I was SHOCKED at how dirty this store is. I shop at the dollar general closer to me and its clean. Just walking into the store made my stomach turn with the dirty floors, doors and shelves. Needless to say I bought the diet coke and left. If there would have been some place else to purchase a soda I would have.

I’m sure it’s difficult to staff places like this with quality people, but wow, I don’t think I’ll ever walk in there again. I shopped there a lot and one electronics item I bought didn’t work, so I came in for a return. The very nice employee had to call a manager out to the floor for that, young, colored hair, and boy did she come out literally screaming. What do you want? What!? Why now? I’m on an important phone call. (She was on a personal phone call something about her personal bills) but I can’t believe she yelled at her employee, and me (I was standing right there) over my return. While at work. I was a little taken aback and I feel sorry for the girl working hard and trying to help me. Zero customer service though from the lead. Oh well, at least the place is open consistently these days, it used to just be closed randomly for no reason. The newer one in Eagle is much nicer in every way.

Came up to get lunch. So happened that there was a tornado warning. Also so happened that it was locked. Whomever was working did come out and unlock the door to inform me that it was locked because of the tornado warning.Oddly, since I biked there she probably saw my bike. Who wants to be left outside when there is a tornado warning? Quite odd that it’d be locked, so you know, if a tornado comes, it doesn’t sweep me away.

I really love this place and I've been going since I was 9. I'm friends with some of the employees, but I'm disappointed. One of the employees, who always thinks I'm going to mess around, told me that minors under the age of 16 cannot shop there without a parent or guardian. But all I do is shop, bmine y my items, then leave! Even mine my friends parents dont believe this is an actual rule.
