I couldn't be happier with the way I was taken care of here at lynch!! I drove home tonight in my new jeep wrangler Sahara. The people here genuinely care about their customers. Mark worked very hard, Patrick the salesman was super nice and funny, I met with Debbie in finance tonight and she is also so great!! Everyone is down to earth and give the family feel so it is very comforting doing business with people like this knowing you aren't being lied to and taken advantage of since sadly that's the way alot of places like to do things nowadays.

Nothing better then being at the dealership 20 minutes before they open to find out you need an appointment for an oil change; right when they open. Don’t waste your time and money coming here for service work. After buying a $80k truck you’re proving to be worthless to this company and brand.

My Service Manager went over and above to help me with a MOPAR warranty issue. My car is not completely fixed yet but I am extremely happy with the service so far! BTW... I went to Ewald first and it was a nightmare! I'll never go there again.

The best dealership experience I have ever had!My husband and I bought a truck last Saturday and I cannot express to you how easy going, efficient and friendly the whole process was! I had James for a sales rep, and Jeffrey was the sales manager who we dealt with mostly and then we had Taylor for our finance manager. All of them exceeded our expectations with the level of customer service they provided; especially Jeffrey! We bought a used truck and a light came on a couple days after we bought it and not thinking they would do a lot (because we already got he truck for a GREAT price ! ) we decided to see anyway and talked to Jefferey and he said they would take care of it!!!! Next thing I know we dropped the truck off in their service department and got a loaner truck ( free) and that was it.I have worked 6 years in the accounting office at a dealership and have tried buying a car from my job and have NEVER even gotten CLOSE to being treated this way... it was shocking and refreshing to say the least how easy and nice the whole process was. I told my husband we have to give them our business from now on for all or any sales or service needs.Thank you guys!

There are repair places and service departments (from dealerships) that work with a much less than ethical business plan... This is NOT one of them. When I called the Service Department with some questions and concerns about my pickup, they understood what I needed and asked questions to understand better what I wanted. Tanya clarified my questions and verified that parts were available. She definitely is skilled in what customer service should be. When the mechanic found additional concerns while they were replacing the water pump, they explained what they found and went over what the additional repair would cost. Items that not only made sense while they had parts removed already but that actually needed to be changed. I didn't feel like they were just trying to upsell parts that didn't need to be changed. It was very refreshing to find a place that you can feel comfortable taking your vehicle to for repairs. Sometimes repairs will cost more than you want to spend, but if this had broken while driving, the bill would have been much more. Listen to your vehicle and when you need assistance, listen to Lynch CDJR Mukwonago!

Guess it went ok. Took three weeks to get a part to fix my driver's window. Rained several times and I got wet. They did manage to get the window up in the first day. Told me it was corroded wire. I explained the window liked to come down on its own, they assured me they had disconnected it and it couldn't go down again. Before getting one block it was down again Lol. Nice enough people but only getting three stars because I got soaked several times.

Right now we are not to happy with Lynch. We bought a 2016 town and country from the Kenosha Lynch dealership. Right away we had to fix the blind spot. They said it was in the paper work we signed we didn't see it but what we paid for it there shouldn't of been anything to fix. Kenosha fixed one side but the lights was still on so we were sent to Mukwonago. Now it's the other side. It cost all most twice as much in Kenosha. Had a warranty so I had a $50 deductible. Had to pay it twice and if it would of been fixed the right the first time I would of only had to pay it once. If it would of been fixed before I bought it then I wouldn't of had to pay out a $100. All I can say be careful when dealing with any Lynch dealership.

Always receive excellent service when bringing my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service. Its refreshing to have trust and confidence when bringing in your vehicle for maintenance or concern. Jon Giobardo in service always takes care of me and is my "go to" there.

This dealership did not push me into a vehicle. They let me and my husband decide with no pressure. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Impeccable service, Jeremy Simonson and his Service department went above and beyond to handle my issue with the vehicle I purchased. The best.

Every aspect of the visit was simple, to the point, and easy. The service department made it easy. I was treated well, explained everything that needed to be done, and was honest. I enjoyed the entire experience!

This dealership and the sales man that helped me, Chris Walker, gave me the best purchasing experience I have ever had. I would recommend Lynch Chrysler-Jeep in Mukwonago and my salesman, Chris Walker to anyone looking to by a new or used vehicle.

When looking for a car we visited every major car dealership in the area and we went back to Lynch because of their great customer service. We worked with Brandon, and he was an excellent salesman. It really felt like an honest car buying experience instead of the normal salesman run-around. Highly recommend checking out this dealership out if you’re looking for a new vehicle.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!Prior to arriving at the showroom I was in contact with my salesman, Jeremy. I asked him to "Come down a couple bucks off the list price to make me feel good about the purchase." He cordially agreed. Great. We made an appointment for me to come in. I was in a tight spot and needed a new work vehicle ASAP.After I arrive at Lynch and we begin. In the middle of our deal Jeremy takes another customer. Jeremey graces me with his presence 30 MINUTES LATER after failing to close a different deal.He then starts haggling with me about my trade ins. He doesn't give me what we AGREED to over the phone. Trades were EXACTLY as described.Lynch refused to come down a PENNY off the list price. For a vehicle that had been on the lot FOR OVER A YEAR. I'm only given available rebates on the vehicle.Jeremey argues with me, is insulting, and makes the process entirely miserable. When I returned to pick up a cargo mat I bought at their Parts department Jeremy was rude and hostile when I mention mechanical issues. Nothing like good service after the sale!SUMMARY: Lynch Mukwonago is short sighted. Greedy. They made a quick buck rather than make years worth of sales on fleet vehicles. Ive been steering all affiliates away from Lynch Mukwonago since 2019. Please don't give them your hard earned money!UPDATE: In regards to Lynch's response: my previous review was taken down. At the writing of the original review, the vehicle was LESS THAN 2 YEARS OLD. It was a 2018 purchased in Aug of 2019.Lynch says the tried reaching out "a number of times." More lies. Lynch NEVER tried to contact me via any means, ever. Kindly provide one shred of evidence you ever contacted me by any mearns.Their cut-rate, obtuse digital marketing director, David Immel, threw in some personal insults in a now deleted response to this review. How brave.Lastly, this vehicle has been plagued with issues. It has an engine recall -- engine replaced after 27K miles. The AC went out after less than 6 hours of use. The alignment was off and needed service after less than one year. The daylight running lights work -- sometimes. The car battery died a year in. The rear cargo light was busted from day one. Hinges were diagnosed as "failing" and ALL were replaced. Now the suspension is failing and I'm looking at a $3,000 repair bill on a vehicle with 43,000 miles.Lynch's response, "Not our problem! We didn't build it!"Lynch Mukwonago. Astoundingly bad. Go elsewhere.
