Really disappointed in the level of customer care that takes place at this location, excluding the assistants. What happened to the client/customer relationship, where the pharmacist took time to listen to the customer and help that person work through any questions or concerns they may have about an existing drug or answer questions about possible alternatives? I have a prescription that can be taken in two forms, pill or patch. I have had reactions to my existing patch and was hoping to get information regarding other manufacturers so I could make an informed decision. Instead of taking the time to discuss the options, the pharmacist made a sarcastic remark about the fact that I am using the patch instead of the pill. If this person had an ounce of curiosity, they would have learned that there are medical reasons why I cannot use the pill. Metro Market - you can do better! Please find someone personable to work at this location.

Long time customer of the Pharmacy suddenly realized that having to beg and plead with the head pharmacist more often than not to pick up my medication is not okay. If my doctor prescribed medication for me it is not up to her to dictate when I can pick it up or when she will get around to filling the order. I’ve been ridiculed, questioned and humiliated by her on multiple occasions as if she’s bi-polar or needs prescriptions herself. She needs to check herself or be replaced.

My mom was screamed at and belittled at this location because she simply asked if the total was correct with her RX discount she had. We can’t afford much so it was just a question and normally her medication is much cheaper than the total came out to be as well. Do better.

The kindest staff! And excellent service! I’m from out of state, and usually I have to provide my insurance info at checkout for prescriptions. They had already ran my insurance to determine what I owed, before I came in.

The two pharmacists, Suzie and Eric, have proven to me time and time again, that they truly care about their patients. When I first went here, I didn’t expect such personalized service, but I was pleasantly surprised. If you’re looking for a first rate pharmacy, you’ve found it.

Since the store changed the produce department has gone downhill!! But it’s better than Walmart’s! Not many choices living in Mukwonago, unless the farmers Market is open. When in Waukesha Sentry is the place of choice!!!!

Since they changed the store, it sucks!!! No fresh deli, prepackaged salads, that are watery and discolored, who knows how long they have been there. Limited choice, mostly roundy and Kroger. I can't find what I'm looking for. They have sale prices, but have to download the coupons. Isn't that what the park card was for? This is my 3rd trip in a wk, told cashier that I don't like it any longer. Told me to give it more chances, why? You don't have the brand's i like. Will not to there any longer. Will go to the pig in East troy or woodmans in waukesha.

I am new comer to Mukwonago. When I went to the meat section I ordered for a pound of salmon. When I went home to cook I found the scales on the skin completely removed. I didn’t have to scrape off the scales. It was a great help. I have shopped for salmon in other Pick and Saves where employees didn’t quite even understand what I was asking for. The oil in the fish skin is a precious commodity that cannot be ignored. I commend the meat section employees for their valuable contributions.

I am so tired of having to scan my receipt to check for errors. Bought 6 items today & out of 6 I was charged wrong for 2 items. And that was just this week. It happened again to me last week.
