So I had never gotten my nails done before and even I could tell that these were bad. I was getting these done for prom and I had a certain style that would go really well with my dress and would make the whole outfit so much better.
Well she was doing my nails she would nick my fingers multiple times with the file and it cut me and made me bleed. Well she applied the acrylic it was thick and wavy and there was no apex so it was flat on the nail and looks really weird. She also placed the acrylic on the cuticle and I had to go to a different salon to get it fixed. Then well she was doing the nail art she free handed it not even looking at the inspo pic that I had provided, Then she added white and charged me for it, when I specifically said that I didn't want white on the nail. The nails are sloppily done. Any other time I would think these nails are cute but they are not what I asked for and I payed $61 for these nails, they aren't even worth $30. I am quite upset and will never be coming back here

My wife and I tan at Pretty Nails Spa and Tanning. We are thankful to have this service available to us in Mukwonago. We find the facility to be clean and well maintained. Joe is pleasant, easy to work with, and takes good care of us.

The owner is so friendly so I feel bad leaving a low review. Had appointment for pedicure and full set for my daughter and myself. She was getting her wedding nails done. Wish we’d have done our research. Started off with pedicures and it looked promising. Once we got to our finger nails they acted surprised we wanted full sets, that’s what the appointment was made for. No soaking, no cuticle cleaning, straight to the grinding bit. My daughter stopped the technician after there was about 1/4” (no exaggeration) of acrylic haphazardly plastered on her nails and extensions and cuticles with little to no filing/shaping. They asked if she wanted a new technician. After seeing the awful job that was done on my nails she asked them to remove her extensions. They tried very hard to keep her business and to rectify, but t she saw the quality wasn’t there and opted to soak off the work. I let them finish my nails even after the basic flower looked like a child painted it and the white polish for the French manicure were uneven and lopsided. It was NOT worth the $110 I had to pay (pedicure included). I asked them to break down the cost and they said because I used gel polish + French + small flower design. I was never asked if I wanted gel polish. I don’t feel the staff has the proper skills or training to produce good, clean, quality nails. I don’t have photos as I wasn’t happy with the work.

I called this morning and asked if they were able to take my nails off and just get them touched up so they looked nice. The lady on the phone told me that she wasn’t able to help me and just hung up the phone. What terrible customer service. This isn’t the first time either. I tried calling another time and I asked if I could get a manicure and they just hung up the phone. I would not go here they are terrible service.

If I could leave a 0 I would. I've been getting my nails done for years and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I went to get a brand new set of nails put on. This meant I had to soak my old acrylic off first which was fine. I was soaking in acetone for over an hour. At about 40 minutes I mentioned that my fingertips were getting irritated from the acetone and was told I didn't have another choice. At an hour I made the comment that I had never had to soak this long and the lady started YELLING at me, literally yelling. Needless to say, I got up out of my chair and walked out, with have soaked off acrylic. I called a few places and found someone to finish the job. HORRIBLE experience. Very RUDE!! Do not waste your time here!
