We went into the HD store in Mukwonago, WI, hoping to buy a washer and dryer. Immediately, upon arrival in the appliances department, we were greeted by Cheryl, a wonderful associate, who carefully showed us the features of each machine (without going into boring detail). She listened carefully to us as we described what we were looking for -and we soon decided on the ones which best fit our needs, coupling the needs with the best quality and value! We left the store, impressed and thankful for the attention we got and we are confident that we've made the best choice. Beyond that, we truly enjoyed the experience - Cheryl was kind, helpful and has a great sense of humor! Way to GO, Home Depot. Please keep this woman, and appreciate the talent she brings!Molly & TomJune 23, 2023

The worst Home Depot I have ever set foot in. The employees are lazy and incompetent. Even with the exact item needed, including brand and exact description from the website, they could not locate the item and simply told my husband they didn't have it. They then gave him a totally useless substitute. From 50 miles away and never having worked at Home Depot, I was able to guide my husband to the EXACT aisle and bin, where there were 27 in stock! Had the employee lifted a finger, they would have been easily able to locate the item that my husband showed them a website screenshot of! Worthless. What a waste of wages.

we had an awful experience when we purchased a dishwasher. The installation has turned into a nightmare. Tree damage, and electrical cord and hose damage. That could have caused a serious fire. It took over a month to get everything fixed with numerous phone calls. We had to pay out of pocket for an electrician to fix the cord damage. Now we have been passed on to 2 different insurance companies. If you ever buy an appliance from Home Depot do not pay for their installation. We never will again.

It’s so nice when employees are wandering the aisles, looking for customers and to answer their questions. Ron really knew information about dehumidifiers. And Abigail at checkout should get employee of the year award! She was so kind and so helpful! When there was a discrepancy on the price, she quickly resolved it!!

I love our Home Depot BUT I think it’s a poor decision that you force your employees to wear a mask for their entire shift. That is unsafe for them. Please give them a choice.

I'm glad to finally have a Home Depot in our area but it's too small for the area that is rapidly growing. People come from many surrounding communities. All too often when I need a certain size in lumber they don't carry it or don't have enough of something in stock. I keep checking back to see if it's restocked even over a month later and it's not restocked. I wish they had more of a variety of things like Menards, they have it all.

Kevin the garage door man as he is called. Helped us last week to find the perfect garage door. He even showed us a model that was priced under $200. Which was loaded with features an easy for my husband and myself to install. Thanks Kevin for all your help and saving us a lot of money!

I have enjoyed shopping at this location for years, but lately checking out has became an uncomfortable experience that I do not look forward to. When trying to pay for my items I am hounded about getting a Home Depot credit card. If I can get a cashier to stop pushing the card on me, they go into a rant about giving up my email for online offers. This is not how I want to be treated as a customer. What happened to chit chat like "hows the weather" or "ready for the Packers game" Home Depot must be giving their employees a bonus for signing people up for credit cards or giving up their email address. I'm going to avoid Home Depots for now and drive the extra few miles to another home improvement store.

When they say you'll get your new stove in a week they actually mean a month!

I had an unpleasant experience at my Mukwonago Home Depot store today. I had gone into the store at around 3:30 PM to look for clearance floor moulding. I found 2 bundles of moulding with each taped separately with blue tape that had obviously been returned by a customer. Several of the mouldings were scratched and none were in "new" condition. One bundle had one yellow clearance tag for $30 and the other bundle had one yellow clearance tag for $15. As I had purchased a similar bundle on Monday of this week for $30 for the bundle I assumed I would get the same prices for these two bundles. One bundle was loosely taped together and broke apart as the cashier tried to read the white upc tags because they were discontinued items. The cashier was young and couldn't figure out how to ring up the yellow clearance tag so Alex, the store manager at the time, came to help her. He told her how to enter the yellow tag in the register and then counted the number of pieces in each bundle. He tried to charge me $30 for each piece in the first bundle and then $15 for each piece in the second bundle. The total price rung up for over $380 when it should have been $45 plus tax! I tried to tell Alex that the yellow tag was for the whole bundle but he said the yellow tag was for each piece in the bundle. I told him of my earlier experience where the whole bundle was intended as one piece but Alex said whoever rang up the first sale did it wrong. I went back to the department and very few mouldings that cost $30 or more and each loose piece had it's own yellow clearance tag. I think Alex is wrong in his assumption that one clearance tag can be rung up many times per bundle. Please explain to me if this is the Home Depot policy on clearance items in flooring at the Mukwonago #4291 Store..

I have never had an experience here with one of the older male associates that didn't make me feel like I was being condescended to. On a previous visit I even had an associate ask me if I wanted to check with my husband before ordering an appliance. This latest visit was equally as frustrating, with the associate asking me if I had ever painted before when I was asking for advice on which brand of paint would be most useful for the job we were doing. I never experience this at other hardware stores, and the only reason I go back is because I like Behr paint. Seriously Home Depot, you have got to tell your older guys that women are quite capable and are allowed to make judgements without being questioned!

First went into the store (Mukwonago) to discuss home improvements; plumbing, new roof & replacement windows. Regarding the plumbing received a clueless call with nothing to follow up from HD no contact or document was forwarded to me. Regarding the roof & windows, I drove 2 hours to meet with a sales representative who made measurements, showed me some options & during the course of the week supplied a quote. Did make a decision and wanted to go forward. I was told I ne

I was charged differently from what i was quoted. Myles in tool rental quickly resolved the situation on return, and offered to extend rental to finish the job with a slightly different tool without a new charge. (i declined the offer as we toughed it out with the wrong tool.) Beware added insurance (10%) on bill as well. Definitely will rent here again.
