Service in The pharmacy was slow and did not care how long you had to stay in line to wait for a prescription they told me it was going to be 15 minutes to fill. They called me up to the front said it was ready but now you have to get back in line to pay for it Walgreens Pharmacy needs to be educated on customer service

Very rude staff. This woman practically yelled at me on the phone. This place used to be great, but it’s gone down hill considerably in the past 2 years.They never have anything in stock, take 8 years to fill any prescription, claim they never receive prescriptions sent in by my doctor, they have deleted medicines that I saw went through and then they act like they didn’t do it, and the pharmacists don’t know what they’re doing. Avoid at all costs. Very disappointed in this Walgreens. Do better!

Scheduled to get a flu shot at 1pm. The pharmacy replied “we’re going on lunch at 1:30, we can’t do it.” Umm how long does it take to give a flu shot? You guys need a break to get ready for your break? Very disappointing.

I have allowed this store to be my pharmacy for years. Too many times they have proven that this store is run by a very small group of people who are totally incompetent. I would strongly urge you to choose another pharmacist.Tonight was that last straw. We received a call yesterday that our daughter's prescription was received and would be ready in 90 minutes. When we were able to get there today, we were told that it was an OTC medicine and they had none in stock.

Had a flu shot scheduled for 10:15. The vaccination window was closed and I waited in the main line until 10:45 before I left. Pharmacy is not organized all. Management needs to step in. Save time, go somewhere else.

Incredibly frustrating to be on hold for half an hour trying to get an update on prescriptions only to be hung up on. No pleasant experiences here.

Hands down the worst pharmacy service of any Walgreens I've ever gotten prescription from. Time after time I get a call saying my prescriptions are ready. I go to pick them up and they are not ready. Or it takes me several days to get a prescription filled after it is called in by a doctor. One time they wouldn't let me pick up my prescription because insurance wouldn't pay for it. I said that's OK I will pay cash. They said we can't let you have them.It took 4 hours back and forth then a 3 way call to get it straightened out.Update: Today again went to get prescription that was told would be ready in 1 hour. Went in 2 hours, was told prescription will be ready tomorrow. Then pharmacist tells me, we'll you didn't talk to anyone at this store. ?

Holy &&@&$”!. DO NOT SEND PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!!! I cannot stress this enough. Unless you can wait forever and love the feeling that a simmering frustration provides. My story…Had 3 prescriptions sent from doctor around 11:30am. Went in just before noon and they told me ‘about 20 minutes’. Ran some errands and came back to find a line 10 people deep. Ok, just bad luck. At least I got a text saying my prescriptions were ready.Waited 15 minutes before a single person was waited on in the line. Lots of people in the back (at least 6) but no one took a customer in the pharmacy.Eventually someone stepped up. But even then, it took over 40 minutes to get to the front of the line. Once I got there, gave my name and they told me only 2 of the 3 were ready. Frustration sets in. They tell me I have to go to the back of the line for the 3rd one. I chose to walk out with just the two filled. Will come back later for 3rd so I didn’t lose my mind and take it out on someone innocent.5 hours later and still no word of the last prescription. This is for a current illness mind you, not some lifestyle or refilled prescription. I need it now. So I called to see what the deal was. Waited 32 minutes on phone with no answer. Originally told me 2 callers ahead of me, 1 caller ahead of me, etc. Finally stopped giving me a count so I assumed I was next. Waited another 20 minutes and no answer. For grins, had my wife call after I was 15 minutes in. I was the one caller ahead of her.After 32 minutes, I hung up. Her call got picked up 30 seconds later. They told her my prescription was ready in 15 minutes. Haven’t even gone to pick it up before I write this review.If it gets worse, and I assume it will, I will update with the conclusion of this saga. Pretty sure this is the last time I walk into a Walgreens. Definitely last time for this particular one.

Pharmacy is too slow. They are polite but understaffed. This is not the workers fault. This is bad management from above the store manager. I'm thinking about changing to Walmark pharmacy.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They have REFUSED to give me my testosterone (I’m trans and need it) multiple times. The first time a pharmacist even told my mom that he doesn’t agree with it and that I don’t need it, and this more recently time they kept making up excuses and reasons as to not give it to my mom. They’ve made this transition so much harder and more difficult. This is possibly the WORST pharmacy yet. I don’t recommend it, don’t go here if that’s an option

Caitlyn/katlyn(?sp, tatted) in the pharmacy is extremely unpleasant and rude to customers.In the drive thru, she told me my prescription I had filled 2 days prior had sat for a week and been put back. She told me it would be 20 minutes. I walked into the store and a white coat found it filled in less than a minute.When I asked her about the discrepancy, she was dismissive but it gave me the time to notice something. She looks like she's strung out on something, maybe somebodies dipping their hand in the cookie jar??? Check her out because nothing made sense.

Photo staff is unprofessional, rude, and lazy. Stopped 3/17 around 2pm to ask if they made copies. Before I could even finish my sentence the female employee cut me off by shouting "NO". No further assistance was offered, no suggestions, just her RBF and unpleasant attitude. After leaving, I discovered most the options we needed were available online, however I'll be taking all our business elsewhere. Our business has a ton of printing and photo needs, your loss Walgreens!

Have been going here forever. Which is hardly anyone else’s fault. Have had some good experiences with them. But not this month and certainly not today. I consider their treatment of me today harassment. Pretty sure they want me to disappear
