The people in the pharmacy have gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions -- from sourcing other locations with my prescription when they were out of stock to helping save money by keeping good RX coupons I bring on file. Truly a breath of fresh air to have good people ready to help when needed!!!

RUDE!! So very very rude. Terrible customer service. Apparently over worked and understaffed. I was told, "you'd be surprised how many prescriptions come down in the morning. It can take up to an hour. " I explained it was called in over two hours ago. Her response, "well, ok. I don't have anything yet. We'll text you when something comes down." I had to hang up.

Transferred to this pharmacy when our pharmacy closed. It has been a nightmare to deal with them. Incorrect insurance billing, rude staff, delays in getting medications you name it, we've experienced it. Straw to break the camel's back: waiting a week for an asthma medication. You can never get a straight answer or get put on hold until you hang up in frustration. Completely inept. Would leave no stars if possible. Avoid this pharmacy.

Worst customer service at the pharmacy I have ever had. The Incompetence of people working behind the pharmacy counter and the pharmacist here they call asked twice about 90 day prescriptions I advised him only 30 days and they wanna head and filled a quarter of my prescriptions for 90 days they don't understand they don't listen they called and said everything was ready they were still filling prescriptions when I came down and got him an hour and a half later there's no excuse for this they refused to give me the name of the manager of the pharmacy so what does that tell you about corporate they don't care about the mighty dollar not custom

I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for about 10 years. It hasn't always been perfect, but whatever issues we had were resolved eventually. What more can you ask for? They're only human! There is one pharmacy tech I could do without. I don't know her name because I avoid her like the plague but if you go there often (or if you work there) you know who I'm talking about. I'm shocked she hasn't been fired yet. I guess they really can't afford to lose techs. The pharmacists and other techs are amazing however! Tim has always been extremely knowledgeable about prescription and OTC drugs. My dad went there today to find something for my mom's sinuses and whoever he talked to (I honestly don't know) was very helpful and knew everything about active ingredients and getting the most bang for your buck. I think pharmacies in general are really struggling with hiring and keeping techs... it's a tough job with a lot of rude customers and a lot at stake! And the compensation isn't enough for all that (I have a friend who is a pharmacy tech). The systems are probably outdated too. I always remember to have patience with everyone! After all, the better you treat employees, the more they'll go out of their way for you!
