Jamal at AT&T was absolutely incredible! He spent over three hours helping my wife and me with a complicated phone situation, all while assisting other customers by himself. His patience, knowledge, and professionalism were outstanding. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled the right way. AT&T is very lucky to have Jamal! He definitely deserves a raise and some extra team members to support him! Thank you again, Jamal, for going above and beyond for us!

Jamal was a great help! He helped my husband and I switch phones. He was incredibly personable, and very pleasant to talk with. He knew exactly what to do, and was an answer to prayer. My husband and I would go back and recommend Jamal to any of our friends/family!

Jamal was an amazing help today! Transferring all of my phone data into my new iPhone was seamless, and he was able to multitask and help several other customers at the same time.

I have held off writing this review in hopes there would be a resolution, but unfortunately after about a month, I continue to get the run around. To be brief, the wrong phones were ordered by the store manager and when he exchanged for the correct ones it came with a number of additional charges and ongoing issues. I have had to return to the store about 5 times and have not received call backs when promised. The store manager tells me the charges are credited but when calling AT&T, they have not been. In addition, prior to upgrading my phones I was given my new monthly charge only to learn now my ongoing bill will be about $80 a month HIGHER than I was told. Interestingly, I was told by the AT&T rep I spoke with that you should always go to the CORPORATE stores NOT Authorized retailers like this store. I am stilling holding out hope for a resolution and will provide an update to this review if it occurs

Jamal was able to help me with a trade-in problem that two different online AT&T reps couldn't figure out. He was patient, informative, and made
sure that everything promised was on the printed receipt. Best customer service ever! I wouldn't hesitate to go back for any future needs with AT&T.

No more dialing 611, cause this AT&T location is thee hub for all of your answers along with excellent customer service! Above bar communication from staff about fees and complete transparency of services that will and most importantly services that wonât be automatically added to my bill! Staff was speedy in removing multiple unwanted pesky add ons, bypassing calling customer service, and the staff there even fought for my refund! Such angels! I called customer service just to express how happy I was with my experience and that the staff here should be training AT&T staff all around the world!!! Thanks AT&T! No other provider gives me such joy and satisfaction!

Poor communication from staff about fees and services being automatically added to my bill. Had to remove multiple add ons I did not ask for. I asked for this to be corrected and was told to call customer service, and they said there would not be a refund. I called customer service, and they were able to correct the bill and credit my account the for the extra charges. I was told they have "retrained" the staff at the store to better know this process.

During an attempt at purchasing a S24+, Brittany claimed the âany year, any conditionâ promotion was not valid despite the promotion being currently listed in the following places:1. On the front door.2. On a 4 foot by 4 foot sign on the window.3. On a 2 foot by 2 foot sign by the front door.4. On a 5 foot by 6 foot sign in the store.5. On a placard next to the phone.âI am so sorry that AT&T corporate didnât like send us any new signs to put up but thatâs like not active right now - it expired four days agoâ.Even though thereâs a sign right there, there, there, there, there, and there that says itâs still active?âUm, no, like I said, AT&T didnât send us any new signs. Are we supposed to just have no signs?âI then asked if we could try the trade-in anyway. Perhaps another promotion was in place? Maybe it would still go through?âIâve been here for two years - I already know it wonât go through.âYour complete lack of initiative and failure to help in any way was enlightening. Thank you for being the best part of AT&T!Donât worry, AT&T overnighted the S24+ phone and confirmed the promotion remains valid. You know, the one that is posted in the store in five different places.
