During an attempt at purchasing a S24+, Brittany claimed the “any year, any condition” promotion was not valid despite the promotion being currently listed in the following places:1. On the front door.2. On a 4 foot by 4 foot sign on the window.3. On a 2 foot by 2 foot sign by the front door.4. On a 5 foot by 6 foot sign in the store.5. On a placard next to the phone.“I am so sorry that AT&T corporate didn’t like send us any new signs to put up but that’s like not active right now - it expired four days ago”.Even though there’s a sign right there, there, there, there, there, and there that says it’s still active?“Um, no, like I said, AT&T didn’t send us any new signs. Are we supposed to just have no signs?”I then asked if we could try the trade-in anyway. Perhaps another promotion was in place? Maybe it would still go through?“I’ve been here for two years - I already know it won’t go through.“Your complete lack of initiative and failure to help in any way was enlightening. Thank you for being the best part of AT&T!Don’t worry, AT&T overnighted the S24+ phone and confirmed the promotion remains valid. You know, the one that is posted in the store in five different places.

Best experience today! I absolutely loathe having to go in and deal with cell phone stuff but Alicia was amazing. So knowledgeable. So patient. So efficient. She told us all the ways we can make our service better and we so appreciate her!

Brittany and Alisha helped me with a phone upgrade on a business account and I cannot compliment them enough on their professionalism and knowledge of the products and account details. Brittany proactively helped us save money on our plan which was exceptional and Alisha was beyond patient with getting my phone transferred and set up. I was expecting the experience to be stressful and it was anything but that. I will only go to this store from now on. Thanks ladies!!

Not sure what is going on here. Sign on door and website say that the hours are 9 am-7 pm Monday through Friday. Drove there last Friday at 5 pm and there was a handwritten sign on the door that said “on break, will be back in 45 minutes”. Went there today at 5:15 pm and the store was locked and lights were off. Not sure what the deal is, but this is a big inconvenience for anyone who works normal business hours and is very unprofessional.————-The owner sent a canned response to the above review saying they would love the opportunity to make it up to me. Please give me accurate business hours and I’ll stop by. I don’t want to make another trip only to find your store closed again.

Brittany was amazing! She was very informative and polite. This store has no help and she was dealing with a lot of customers while calm! And Brandon was an amazing guy that came in on his day off just to help out! They are very good at their job! So if anyone decides to go in just be patient they don’t have much help. And remember treat them how you want to be treated!

That was the best experience I’ve ever had at a new phone company! The manager was extremely helpful and got me my phone watch and AirPods in less than 30 minutes would recommend this location to anyone trying to switch!

Worst AT&T store I've been to. They don't know what they are doing. I asked about a phone and were given wrong information which made me lose stuff from my old phone, when I transfered to new one.

We went in to get the new iPhone 14. Ed and Brandon were both very helpful and were able to get the job done quickly. They answered all of our questions kindly and really enjoyed talking to them. They both deserve great things.
