Big shoutout to Jeremiah for going above and beyond while I was replacing a headlight bulb. I didn’t have the right tool, and without hesitation, he lent me an extended socket to get the job done. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to come across people like that these days. Appreciate you, man. Made my day easier! This will now be my go to auto parts

I worked with Omar to test my battery, starter and alternator when my car failed to start. He was kind to clean the corrosion off my battery as well. He later pulled all the correct parts for me that the mechanic needed to repair my car. I really appreciated all his help.

Their hours are great, and the selection is good as long as you know what you need. Their in store code reader is really nice in comparison to most and even spits out part numbers for parts related to the code. The help there is usually young and not very experienced, so better to do some research on what you need before you go.

Eh, it's alright in terms of the selection, I'd jusy be careful who you're taking advice from.
I went to get some undercoating...and the guy there recommended the rubberized undercoating...which is awful and causes rust due to the air pockets it leaves. Talk to any mechanic or someone who works on cars and that stuff is MUCH worse.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the AutoZone store, and I must commend the exceptional service provided by a young male manager (Trevor). From the moment I walked in, his professionalism and friendliness were evident. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible experience as a customer.
What truly stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile. He patiently listened to my concerns, offered insightful recommendations, and took the time to make sure that everything was done right. He even followed up to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase and that all my questions were answered.
His dedication to providing outstanding customer service was apparent in every interaction. It’s rare to encounter someone so committed to excellence and genuinely caring about the customer’s experience. I believe his exceptional service warrants recognition and, frankly, a raise. I braved a storm to get here, barely able to see through my old windshield. The team here was incredibly supportive; they not only helped me select the perfect replacement but also installed it right in the pouring rain. A huge thanks to Bill for going above and beyond!

Best customer service ever. Jan 22 2024 5 pm. My battery needed to be replaced (wasnt sure if car would continue to start). The younger man who was a manager ( didnt catch name)looked up correct battery quickly and installed battery for me. He stated that the other manager of many years just walked out and left the premises unexpectedly. (Assumed he quit.) This manager was put in a very stressful situation and handled it great. He still made time to help me. If he could be recognized by higher up management that would be appreciated. This was my first experience with Muskego Auto Zone. I will be back and recommend to all. Got brand new not cheap windshield wipe blades installed less than 3 weeks ago by auto zone. One of them completely broke and fell apart after they installed them. Went back after this happened and they said they dont warranty wiper blades and it's not there problem. So I Went to there Competitors (O'reilly auto parts) and they said they Would warranty them for at least a year and give me a discount on a new wiper blade.
