We had a good buying experience here. It was important to me that I have a car inspected by an independent mechanic. They not only agreed, but they delivered the car to the mechanic for the inspection. The car passed and we finalized the purchase.

Salesman stayed inside entire duration of my visit and when I asked questions he showed no interest in helping. I looked at the vehicle and was very interested, so I came back inside to ask to test drive and he responded “only if you plan to buy it today, but seeing the time I take it you’re not since we close soon. (This is an hour before they close). Rude service and showed no motivation to help get a sale. No matter the time, if you want the sale you’re going to help the customer but it seems obvious they don’t want the business. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle at the salesman’s convenience and appreciate no help in the sale, this is the place to go.

I am planning on buying ALL my used cars from this dealership. Bill was great! No fuss or salesy baloney with anything either! I drove the car off the lot and the check engine light came on. I returned it for a fix and picked it up the next day. No hassle whatsoever! Definitely a really great car buying experience!

I had not such a good experience. My 18 yo daughter was taken for a ride.she bought a 2009 vehicle clean on the outside but had to put over 2000 dollars of engine work into it after the purchase along with new tires. Ouch!!! Not a nice deal

Guys were salesmen basically, Trying the old tactics, such as the central route persuasion and peripheral route persuasion and fear route persuasion for me wanting to buy the car, which I thought was not necessary. Luckily for me at time of the payment, I forgot my checkbook that I put the fear into them for about an hour, Karma is a pain. lol I was their to buy the car, I just wanted a better price got 5200 for vehicle price but I was hoping for 4800- 5000 so the total cost would have been less than 5400 but I ended up at 5600 after I gave him my defective 2001 Toyota Corolla for 100 bucks to waive his service fee and it was convenient since the junkyard was owned by his Dad. I took the car to emissions testing on the same day, It passed because I made sure to use my OBD-11 Diagnostic tool to verify the drive cycles were completed before I bought the car of the lot, and took it to Wisconsin emissions. Furthermore, for those that do not know you need to have all monitors ready but 1 monitor can be still pending or unset, if you get the car to emissions before check engine light on your car comes on if that pending turns out to be a fail, you will be able to pass the emission test. Legally if the check engine is on when you take it to emission, you fail automatically but if drive cycle is still pending for one of the monitors but all the rest of monitor are drive cycle ready you will pass. I had the car for two days, seems to work fine, but its a toyota car and toyota have been known for Quality Assurance standards. Toyota understand the need and expectations of their organization and customers. Toyota, Top management has been known to ensure regulatory, statutory and customer requirements are determined and met by means of Six Sigma, ISO 9001 and lean production standards. Keywords to remember: Drive Cycle, I/M Readiness, Vehicle Diagnostic Code Reader Universal Automotive Engine Fault Code Car Diagnostic Tool for All OBD II, Talk about price, Don't waste your time with small talk and use this website to check if dealer already transfer your licensee plates to your new vehicle and for you to print off a copy of License Plate Search Results to give it to Emissions Inspector unless you want to wait 1 or 2 weeks for them to send you a paper to say the same thing you read online. Only negative: I wish I could have gotten down to total cost of 5400 dollars, but I guess that's pride. and salesman reads to many negotiation book tactics but so have I. Gets boring to listen. Nice nostalgic old building. Owner operated facility. Good selection of nice used cars between 5k and 15k. Owner Brian seems like a honest guy. Prices are fair.
