I took my client that has dementia,in for a haircut and if gentle was a person, place, and thing, my client was handled with such care that after getting her back home, I convinced the spouse to visit for their next hair cut!

Work haircut ever! My mom asked for her hair to be cut shoulder length, maybe a little longer, and ended up leaving with almost a bob so uneven and messed up. This lady took maybe 5 minutes and just chopped off whatever she felt like. She wasn't friendly at all and didn't know what she was doing clearly. People want to get a haircut and feel better about themselves. Somebody needs to fire or send shell? Back to school. Looks like she doesn't even know what her name is. If this is how she lets her clients leave and she feels good about herself, then she really needs to look into a new career because this was ridiculous.

I can always count on Great Clips anywhere to get the job done well. I tend to plan a stop on my travels. I haven't done this location many times, but they did a great job... and I had a nice $10 off coupon from a recent tv commercial!
Their app makes getting a cut so easy and fast because you can check wait times ahead of time, get on the list, and plan accordingly!

Another excellent haircut from Josie at Great Clips Muskego. Professional, talented, experienced, friendly. She listens to what I'm looking for and makes it happen with her skills and expertise. I moved over 4 hours away and wait until I'm in town to see her.

Worst haircut in my life time. She had a lot of razor clips making me think she has never been trained to use scissors. I could have done a better job with a bowl….not going back.

Requested style: Super short with shaved sides
Specialties: It's tough to find a stylist truly comfortable with very short hair. Most are afraid to give you what you want. Tessa listens and performs extremely well!
Hair type: I have embraced my grey. Keep it shaved on sides, tapered up to longe on top, swept to one side on top. I have a large cowlick in back near top.
Stylist: Tessa knows short. She knows how to work with cowlicks to make them behave. I have recommended many people to her. She is amazing! Currently there on Tuesday and Thursday, but her shifts change so call and ask or check in online your name For Tessa. When she's not there for whatever reason, they call and let me know.

I decided to get a haircut and I'm so happy I did. Jodie gave me the BEST haircut I've had in a long time! It's so wonderful to have someone who is so talented, experienced and obviously loves her profession. She really listened to me and knew exactly how to cut my hair. Thanks again Jodie for the great cut. I hope to see you again for another fantastic haircut.

I have gone to this place 4 times in the last year. The person I seem to keep getting does not seem to know what she is doing. I have had to remind her to trim the front of my hair and not just the back. She literally takes 5 minutes to trim my hair, doesn't say a thing, doesn't smile, has no personality. I like the prices so I continue to go there, but I wish this lady wasn't there. I try to go at different times and dates. The hair cut itself is fine, but I don't understand how someone who cuts hair just does the back and quickly does it without communicating.
