Old lady behind the casher ask me if i have a rewards which I don’t and I said maybe I should since I am always there once a week. Instead of asking me if i would like to join a young man making my sandwich said… ehhh they all said that and don’t come back in maybe a month… and the lady behind the casher agreed with a sour smile. Wow what customer service. Ha!

The day I placed my order for delivery, they didn't have a delivery driver so I called to cancel my order. Was told it was canceled but still waiting for refund a week later. Was rudly advised not their problem & to take it up with my bank. Not the first time I have received rude service from this location. I used to order 1-2 times per week. Will not order from them anymore!

I got violently ill two times after evening there tuna sandwich. Placed an order for eight a day in advance, called and checked on it, and it still wasn’t ready for delivery at the time schedule. I had to send a guest from my home to the store to pick up the sandwiches. The store is staffed by young kids and the floor is filthy. Behind the counter there’s always food all over the floor and the young kids that work there do nothing to clean it out. I complained to Corporate and was told three times that the owner was given my information and would be in contact with me . That never happened. Terrible service, terrible food, dirty, atmosphere poor service starting from the top down. Made three complaints in early 2023, I never got a response from the owner, and have never spent one penny at this Jimmy Johns, or any other Jimmy Johns since February 2023. I used to be probably one of their top delivery customers. I am disabled and would order sandwiches to be delivered every time I had company and often just for meals myself. Jimmy Johns has lost a great deal of business by losing me as a customer. I have made sure I have told 100+ people how bad the store is.

A worker by the name of Carolyn Kopp physically assaulted me!! I ordered a #4 and she forgot the tomatoes so I asked her if i could get some on the sandwich. She then proceeded to pull some tomatoes out from inside her pants and put them on my sandwich!?! I was confused so I just threw the sandwich away and tried to leave, but as I walked out into the parking lot carolyn was already somehow outside! She then pushed me and beat me to the ground! She then started to make suggestive comments to me! IM A MINOR! I’ve never had service as bad as this before! Please consider firing her!

Disgusting customer service. i walked in and there were 2 girls behind the counter talking and didnt even acknowledge my existence. one of the girls looked at me dead in the eye and said “ew get out your smelling up the place”. i was absolutely mortified! i then went on to order and when finished i approached the till and they didnt even wrap it up so it was just laying on there gathering all the bacteria off their dirty counters. when leaving the girl, short hair bob bug-like eyes and malnourished, turned to me and said “i spat in that”. i am traumatised and cannot believe i, as a fellow customer, got treated like that! absolutely disgusting

A worker at the jimmy johns located in muskego by the name of Carolyn, farted while taking my order then blamed it on me, she then violently assaulted me after I didn’t call her by her preferred name. She then proceeded to make my sandwich (without gloves) spit in my sandwich then proceeded to take a bite out of it, she then gave me my sandwich. When I asked for a refund, she leaned over the counter and tried to kiss me and apologize. I’m very upset by this I think she should be fired.

there is a girl here by the name of carolynn or something, im not sure, she scared me so bad, she was walking past my table and all of a sudden, she farted SO FREAKING LOUD! it was gross and i still smell it now and it was yesterday, please fire her to save other people from this.

horrible experience. young girl at the counter name carol or cam or something was making weird comments about my bellybutton which made me so uncomfortable, i complained but nothing was made of it. couldn’t even eat my food because it smelled off. i don’t trust her after that. 0/10Kid-friendliness: absolutely not kid friendly with that bug eyed creature around. sorry, but it’s true.

from 11-5 on saturdays, the greatest jimmy johns workers nolan sawallich and vince zizzo are working. they make the experience at jimmy johns delightful. they’re quick and efficient when it comes to making subs. i recommend that if you go to jimmy johns, go on saturdays to visit the one and only nolan sawallich and vince zizzo.

I’ve ordered from this location often usually with great fast service until recently. Last couple times issues trying to order online, & needed to call in. Few other annoying issues like early closing etc. Today I placed my order online before 4:30 to make sure my food was here before I ordered from another place for grandkids. Took my order & money. Called at 5:15 when the other order was on way to ensure it hadn’t been missed. No answer. Called again. No answer. Was informed by another location (I called for any info) Muskego often closes early & they’d probably see my order then & refund me in a few days!!! I have nothing to eat….GRRRR!! Now it’s too late to add on to the other establishment for more food & I have no dinner to cook that soon. I’m done. Never again!
