I wanted to say thank you to the staff here. I came from a bank that treated me bad because I don’t have a ton of money, Landmark welcomed me. Another landmark ATM out of money on weekend, last weekend it was west Allis, this week Muskego, PLEASE load your ATM properly, it’s not just this location

Very very friendly. I love this bank, it feels like a family banking here. Usually quick services, if it isn’t quick; it’s because they are trying to fix other issues and make sure you get everything accomplished. Highly recommend banking here.

This bank is horrible! I waited on the phone for 19 minutes to talk to a Representative, only to get disconnected. I called back and the same thing happened, I was told I had to hold for 19 minutes to speak with someone and after 19 minutes I was disconnected again. Lousy way to do business, I am getting my account transfered from this bank.

Horrible experience dealing with this place. A truck loan that usually took place same day in the past took 4 days. Then when I showed up for the transaction I waited over an hour before finally being presented with incorrect documents, which took another half hour to fix. Spent 4 days, and two hours getting a loan that should have taken 30 minutes. One month later I tried to create automatic payments for this loan, but email wasn't returned and then a call to ask about starting this resulted in a 27 minute wait before I could even talk to someone on the phone. This place definitely doesn't have its act together.

Almost all other banks and credit unions have open lobbies now, there is no reason i should have to sit in a drive through line for half an hour or longer to simply withdraw cash

Nobody allowed in lobby and drive-through lines are often over 30 minutes. Impossible to reach someone over the phone without an excruciatingly long wait.
