We used to be with Allstate and when our old agent Renee left there and went to this Insurance agency, Renee calls me up and says she can do allot better for us premium wise if we decide to join American Family. I have trusted and known her for years, so we did the change and we are very pleased. She knows us well, and what we want and what we can afford. Even me getting a new leased vehicle, we are still exactly in our price range. This whole Agency are pleasant to talk too and they are there for us. We are very happy we made the change and I thank Renee every time we speak. Keep us the great job everyone, you all are truly a place that will continue with our cars and home for our insurance needs!!

Organizational competency & product expertise are just threshold qualifications for any agency but personalized, professional follow-up service is a rare value we tend to find mostly in women-owned businesses. (Yes, I admit some bias by experience) Over time our agent Renee has demonstrated that attitude by proactively reviewing our accounts and offering to educate, advise or propose possible improvements. Not a cookie-cutter, check-box corporate template review, but asking "What can we be doing better for this client?" We rely heavily on her fundamental approach that the sale of the policy is the beginning of professional customer service.
