I had an issue with my brakes, actually they went out while I was driving to work. We were able to see brake fluid dripping from the right rear inner tire and the brake fluid reservoir was empty. It wasn't safe to drive the truck. I had it towed to Muskego Automotive as they had fixed my brake lines in April 2017. I received a call at work later in the day from Ken, stating they found the right rear caliper was shot and leaking and would need to be replaced as well as rotor and pads. There was to be no labor charge for that. However, they took it upon themselves to "inspect" and take apart my front and left rear brakes. When I only wanted the leak pinpointed and fixed, knowing my boyfriend would take a look at the rest of it later and fix as necessary... I was in a bind, basically, as I need a vehicle. When I said I did not want the rest of the brakes worked on or replaced, as I just needed, at this point, the leaking or main problem, or reason I sent it there, I was told they were already apart and he wouldn't put it back like they were... forcing me to replace more than I asked for or very frankly could afford. I am a single mom trying to pay my daughters college, just replaced a furnance in my home, need to repair a broken sewage pipe in my yard, have other expenses and a hefty mortgage payment... so yeah strapped for cash at this point, as many people are. So now, I am forced to pay the $770.00 for a full brake job when all I wanted and asked for was the acute problem to be fixed. The next day, I receive a call while working, stating there was and "incidental" finding and yet another part was replaced, without a call first of course, and now my bill was $1000.04, REALLY?? I feel they padded their pockets at my expense, most likely because I am a female... I am a RN in the ER, we fix the problem a person comes in for only, not inspect other things to run up the bill... oh and to top it off, we went to pick it up and were told if I paid in cash it would be $900.00 instead of the $1000.04 so he could pad his pocket a little more, WOW, VERY SHADY!

I had an issue with my brakes, basically they went out. We were able to see brake fluid dripping from my inner right rear tire, and brake fluid reservoir dry. I had my truck towed to Muskego Automotive as they had fixed my brake lines in April 2017, I assumed was a similar problem. I received a call later on, that it in fact, it was the right rear caliper that had leaked or broke or whatever. This was to be free of charge to fix, great. Well not really, they took it upon themselves to "inspect" and take apart my front brakes and left rear brakes when not asked to do so. Quoting me a cost of $770 to replace rotors and pads on all. When I said I would rather not replace all of that at this point, I was told he wouldn't put it together and HE felt it needed to be done, pretty much FORCED work I did not want done to pad his pocket. Then the next day I receive a call that they had an "incidental" finding and had to replace yet another part, that of course was replaced with out calling me first. Now my bill is up to $1000.04. Really??? I am a single mom paying for my daughter's college, just replaced a furance, need to replace a sewage pipe, have numerous other expenses I am paying and a hefty mortgage on top of that. I was forced to replace all rotors and pads and a 2nd caliper when all I wanted was the right rear brake issue fixed. I feel he forced services I didn't ask for nor could afford to pad his pocket, not ok at all, leaves me paying other things late and not at all happy.... oh, and to top it off we go to pick it up and magically it would be $900.00 if I would pay in cash.... I did feel he felt he could take advantage of my being a female. VERY SHADY in my opinion.

I had a issue with a 2000 Ford Explorer exhaust manifold. These guys were the only ones who were able to find the right parts and fix it. Quick and honest service. I am now a very happy customer.
