“They were nice, good price and tire warranty. Altho i asked to pay for an inspection on this new used car, he said they do a courtesy one. Well anyone can kick tires and look under the car, I knew the battery was 8 years old, the oil was a quart over, old air filter and the hood wouldn’t latch when opened properly& no mention of this. Just told me the parts look original and a small leak under the block.This is why I wanted to pay for an inspection with the best mechanic, not the tires guy”

“I came into Jiffy Lube to get an oil change and I also had a couple of tail light bulbs out on my older truck. I received amazing service from Felix. He let me know that he could test the bulbs to determine if it was the bulbs or the harness. I had suspected the harness because I had already changed the bulbs. Felix made sure that the problem was not fuse first. Then, he tried to help save me money by trying to fix the end prongs of the harness that were bent instead of replacing the harness. He was able to get one of the lights working; however, he couldn't get the other light to quite work consistently. But I really appreciated his efforts in trying to save me money by fixing the harness rather than replacing it. In the end we did have to replace the harness but he did not charge me for any of his work trying to fix it.

When getting the oil change at the end while they were trying to verify the correct amount of oil was in there by checking the dipstick, it was discovered that the tube that the dipstick goes in was rusted out at the bottom. Felix showed me what was going on and I asked if that was something that they could repair. He said yes he could help with that but they would just need to order the part and I could come back later. It was nice because I could get it all done there and they were able to let me drive back to work and come back later. My truck is very old and rusty underneath due to snow plowing and stuff. When I came back they had the part ready to go and got me in immediately. When they got my truck in the air though Felix showed me how the tube was rusted out and part of the tube actually broke off inside of another tube that interconnected. It would take a little bit more of a specialized tool to help fix that. So, Felix told me he would get the tool and help fix it tomorrow if I could come back. He even offered to take me back to my house while he was working on it and offered to pick me up when it was completed. He called me when it was done and he did great work in a very very difficult situation with all the rust on the underside of my engine. I felt bad that he had to work with those conditions. But, he did awesome work and had a very fair price. I really appreciated his top-notch service. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and just an all-around great person to work with. I have five cars and a work truck and I will be back with all of them thanks to that kind of service.”

“Quick and friendly service here. Went to get my emissions tested, which in itself is a waste of time. I will use them for other minor car services in the future.”
