I have been going here for about 3 half years now, I go with my mom once a month. The service there is great, Ben and Jenny do our nails and they are always wonderful! Both of them are always making conversations with us. Jenny always makes my inspo pictures for my nails so beautifully! She does wonderful work and really takes her time!I would most definitely recommend family and friends to come here!Services: Sculpted nails

It was wonderful. My daughter got her toes and fingernails done. They turned out beautiful. I had my toenails done it was soo relaxing I almost fell asleep. Jennifer was my young lady who did mine. She was soo very nice and we did a lot of laughing. I would definitely recommend.

Mani/Pedi took 2 hours, yet they didn't wait or dry nails at all between coats, so while the top coat dried, the color coats didn't cure for hours resulting in smudging. Same for both my friend and I. Nails also chipped the next day. Definitely not worth $90.Staff was nice, but given the quality of the output and how long it took to get disappointing results, I couldn't recommend anyone ever going there.

Had Birthday Pedicure appointment for 11:30. Service for didn’t start until just after 12 and I think it’s because we asked about the delay. That was clearly a mistake on our part. Someone rushed over and then rushed through all stages of the service.I couldn’t believe it, as others(including my wife) appeared to be getting proper pedicures. I waited for the service for like 35 mins and the delux Pedi was over in like 17 mins. So disappointing as this is a 1x per year thing for me….The employee was super nice which is why this isn’t a 1 star review.Service: Pedicure

Okay, made an appt, they were very busy, so I did have to wait longer than had hoped. Pedi was okay, I felt like it was rushed and nary an actual foot/leg massage. Friendly workers. I'd go back at a different time of day to see if service is better.

Can't say enough great things about this place!! I moved to the area about a year ago. I visited 5 others before and was disappointed each time before I found this gem and I'll never go anywhere else again! My nails are perfect each time I leave the salon, Hannah is amazing at what she does. I get the dip powder and my nails ALWAYS last 3-4 weeks without any cracking, lifting, etc. Also, every employee there is always so nice and enjoyable to be around, I'm always in a great mood after leaving. I'm so happy I found Pro Nail & Spa :)

I started coming to this nail salon back when Kim still owned it which was years ago. Since then it has changed owners a few times.. so most of the negative reviews are a reflection of the previous owner not the current one . I always book with Chi she does an amazing job on my nails .. and I’m very picky when it comes to getting them done! I’ve referred many people to Chi and they all love her! Like all nail places you have to try different nail techs out to see who you like the best! I do recommend making an appointment as they are usually busy. They are also very friendly here! I’ve been to lux in Muskego a few times and the vibes in there are not as friendly and personable.

This nail salon use to be so good. But not anymore. Several times tried getting in and was turned away or expected to make an appointment for another time. Don't bother.
