I had a VERY difficult paint color I needed matched to the walls in my home. And even though it took a few tries, Graham (hope I spelled that right) was EXTREMELY helpful, patient, positive and knowledgeable about getting the color to match perfectly. Just wanted to say thanks again to him in particular! Great store with a very helpful staff. Highly recommend.

I called 5 different SW in the area looking for a specific paint. This paint was discontinued. I was told by one store that I would not find this paint at any other SW. it would be “one here/one there.” I asked another store if they could check other stores in the area and they stated they could not. I finally called Muskego and Frank answered. After he informed me they did not have enough of what I was looking for, I thanked him for his time. He then proceeded to ask me if I would like him to check other stores in the area. He immediately checked the inventory at another store and told me they should have what I needed. He also gave me the number. I really appreciate Frank for going the extra mile. I would definitely recommend this store! Great customer service! Thanks for going above and beyond!

Excellent customer service! I briefly dealt with Jake but mostly with Gramme. They both went above and beyond; especially Gramme. Gramme took his time with us in explaining different types of products and their outcomes. Every time we went to the store, he was extremely busy but he still took his time with each and every customer even after store closing time. He truly made our experience with this location shine. I’ll be sure to visit this location for all my painting needs and would recommend them to everyone.

The Sherwin Williams Muskego location has amazing customer service! Their attention to the customer is wonderful and they always make you feel welcome. I recently started a project repainting my home and they helped with color and product recommendations and then always went above and beyond to find product when I needed it. I have never encountered an employee in a bad mood...everyone is SO friendly and always has time to help. They are fast and efficient. Just can't say enough good things about this location!
