Storage Mart is extremely clean. I was able to wait in the office for my truck to arrive. The employee was extremely helpful, showed me around and kept me company. The unit I choose was perfect. It could not have gone better.

Horrible service since shortly after we moved into Unit 204. Ceiling was leaking. They said they’d fix it. Month after month, I had a big container collecting the water because leak wasn’t fixed. Front desk (Michael?) was rude and basically told us to rent elsewhere, which we did. Mario the regional manager told us things would be resolved with Michael and our unit and nothing happened. When we moved out, there was standing water. Thankful we have insurance elsewhere to make a claim. Highly recommend NOT renting from here unless you want problems. I have lots of photos of the unit and the leak and when we moved out along with saved voicemails from Mario if anyone wants to see anything.

Removed insurance on unit after showing proof of renters/homeowners insurance. Wouldn’t you know it, after a month of saving $25 from not paying the fee, my rent arbitrarily went up $20. Cool!

Great place to replace a lost caliper bolt. Left a car show down the road and heard something fall off and saw that my caliper was loose. Jacked it up, ran the road, and got a replacement, and I was on my way. Thanks for borrowing me your lot lol
