I am a huge fan of Summit Credit Union. They have always been super helpful. The staff at the Muskego branch is particularly friendly & efficient. They have been more than accommodating for my needs. I plan on being a member for a long time to come.

Trying to speak to someone in Muskego is an excessive waste of time. 3 days all different times I've called and each time over a 10 min. wait for a human with no luck. Today it's already been an hour. Time to move my money! The lack of Customer service is ridiculous and they act like there doing you a favor to reapond!

What is the point of a credit union that has an 800 number to call them. I'm on hold forever. I could expect that from banks. I thought Summit was more local... I joined only because there is a branch in my work, but their hours are even shorter than a normal bank and only open two days a week. Maybe I go back to a bank....

Our family has been doing business with this Summit Credit Union branch for the last several years. We cannot praise their staff enough. They are ALWAYS personable and happy to assist you. They know you by name. If for some reason an error occurs (which I can assure is rare) they don't make excuses but are quick to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. We just went through their express mortgage refinance and were amazed at how quick and easy this was. If you are looking for a financial institution which treats you with old fashion personal service, Summit Credit Union is where to go.

This is merely the facts of my wife’s and my experience with Sumitt. We were interested in both a new construction loan and a refinance. My wife went online and used their online service to book a meeting with a loan officer. We were able to book a call the next day according to the online service. Later that day we received an email from “Unknown Resource” which I guess was the confirmation? My wife and I questioned if this was a real email or not. The next day my wife and I waited to receive our call at 10 AM as scheduled per the email from Unknown Resource. Ten minutes went by and no call was received. I decided I would call the branch, however, they don’t provide numbers to their branch only a 1-800 number. I called the 1-800 number and was able to use the spell by name system to find the person we were suppose to talk to, however, it went right to voicemail. I called back and was able to talk to someone. After explaining the situation they attempted to contact this same person, I was on hold for 15 minutes, only for them to tell me he could put me in the persons voicemail. I explained I didn’t want that and wanted to know if he was able to contact someone else at the branch to see if this person was even in the office. His response was he was unable to do that. Ultimately my wife and I will not be attempting to reschedule with Sumitt. A banks value is its customer service and ability to deliver in its promises. We felt they failed both of theses. There are too many other options for banks these days to look past these types of issues. If Summit would like to hire me as a consultant to help them understand what an exceptional customer service experience is I would be more than happy to accept.

Every employee I have come in contact with in the last year since I opened my accounts have been extremely friendly, pleasant,very, professional and very knowledgeable. The on line banking I have had a problem with but I just gave up on trying to use it after a year of not being able to access my accounts on line. I have to say I've always been in and out of the bank quickly and the same with the drive through.

Tellers are always friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable. They go over and above. Loan officers friendly and knowledgeable. They have the lowest rates around.

Everyone is always courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I only wish the Muskego branch offered safe deposit boxes so I could move all of my accounts to Summit.

After visiting the Muskego Chase branch and finding out that they removed the coin counting machine, I decided to stop in at the new Summit Credit Union across the street to see if they had one. When they told me they have a self service coin counter, I decided to open a checking and savings account. Christen was very knowledgeable about the Summit Credit Union product offerings and quickly opened the two accounts. Not only did she open my checking, she also gave me a permanent debit card that could be used immediately and setup a personal PIN right away. Further, she setup my online banking account, which is awesome because I like instant access to my account online or from my phone. I was in the branch for less than 15 minutes and super impressed that everything was so easy! I can't wait for my direct deposit to be finalized through my employer so I can close my accounts at Chase.
