The pharmacy misplaced a prescription. After patiently and politely waiting for over 20 minutes I was told that I need to call around other Walgreens pharmacies to check if they have it in stock. The blonde female pharmacist was rude and condescending. She lacks costumer service skills. The techs were great, no fault of their own. No wonder why so many Walgreens are closing around the nation.

Pharmacists are not friendly. Scripts rarely ready when promised. Will definitely be switching pharmacies ASAP!

This pharmacy will mess up your prescriptions over and over. Not have them in stock. Give you the completely wrong medication which is insane for a pharmacy. Then they will also be rude on top of it. Month after month of problems don’t go.

Store is great but had my fiance pickup my medicine in the pharmacy department the young girl at the drive-thru window instead of asking for my birthday and phone number or maybe even address! No she asked for my social security number? I have never been asked that at a pharmacy I don't even think it's on file at my Doctor's office yes but not at my pharmacy......Ms. Rio should get trained accurately

The pharmacists are rude and don’t know what they are talking about. They lied to me about the flu shot and their process. Do not go to them. They give you false information. The other Walgreens has very kind pharmacists who want to help you!!!! I like kind people versus jerks. I think in the end they are lazy and don’t want to help out the customer.

Went in for an inhaler the doctor called in had the text ready for pickup they tell me they don’t even have it in the store to fill. Find out doctor sent it to the wrong Walgreens but if I waited a half hour they would fill it for me, 1 minute after they say they don’t have it in the store.

The pharmacist whose name is Shelly at this location in muskeg on Janesville and Racine is extremely rude with a very uncaring attitude and has absolutely no empathy toward customers. This has been ongoing for the past several years I've had prescriptions filled there and she seems to direct her dislike directly towards me. Today was the last straw and going forward I will no longer use this Walgreens to fill my prescriptions.

Apparently “counting drawers” more than an hour BEFORE closing is more important to the store manager than actually helping a paying customer. In the future, I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks SO much for your lack of help tonight.

This Walgreens has the cutest pharmacy tech. He makes me smile every time I pick up a prescription. I would recommend it to anyone in need of a new prescription place!

The pharmacy is a joke. They never have what's needed in stock and delay prescriptions all the time. I give up on this pharmacy and will be frequenting the local privately owned from now on.

This location clearly has issues within their photo department vased on the previous review as well as my experience today. After waiting some time for assistance in the photo, I finally managed to find an employee ti send the (photo department) employee back to her department. She very abruptly asked what I wanted, (no acknowledgement or apology for her lack if accessibility) to inform me that the "psync" cords necessary to transfer photos from a smartphone were not available as "they keep stealing them". My disbelief led me to ask if she meant I needed to go to another Walgreens was what I needed to do, and she confirmed that was correct. Seriously? They SELL these cords. She could have had my sale and presumably many others by; A) Finding a way to ensure the USB cords don't "get stolen" B) Taking a USB cord off a shelf (after informing Manager) in order to make it possible for me to make my purchase. I will make a longer trip to any other Walgreens. Under no circumstances will I shop here again.
