“I traveled to Wisconsin for Thanksgiving and my car was making some strange noises while I was driving. I needed to have it checked out before traveling back to NY. I contacted Great Lakes Sales and Service Center and they were able to get me in and found a significant issue and got it fixed in a day!! I would not have been or felt safe to drive back home. They obviously wanted the entire job for the shop - but were happy to do just the work I requested without pushing for anything else.

“Great experience. I have had repairs/oil changes with at least 8 other shops (not including this one) over the years - this is the best I have had so far. I came in for a routine oil change, and a repair was recommended. Though they usually book a week or so out, they thankfully had an opening the next day, which I took. I wasn't sure if I would leave my car that night or drop it off in the morning. They allowed me to leave that day, without paying for the oil change (trusting I would bring my car back the next day) and performed the repair the next day quickly and at a slightly lower cost than estimated. I would recommend this business.”

“I use Naylor’s Automotive for most all of my car repair. Not only is Gary honest and trustworthy but he is also great at fixing any model vehicle at a very comparable price. My wife and I were buying a used car and wanted a third party inspection. Naylor got us in the garage the following day, even after a nasty snow storm the prior evening. He inspected the vehicle and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg to do it. I feel so much better about purchasing a used car after Gary takes a look. “I stopped by, no appointment, with my daughters car. There was a slow leak and needed to have it repaired prior to driving back to school the next day.
The two people I interacted with were poliet and very accomodating. They took a look, and told me they could sneak me in if I came back around 1:00 PM. I arrived at one and they had me out by 1:45.
They did not try to sell me various add on's and said the tires, although wearing would be good for now. I asked for a rotation and they even suggested keeping the tires where they were for now and rotate at the next oil change.
Great service, no hard upsell, and did what they said they would do. I'll be back when I need to replace the tires next spring.”
