Great service! I appreciated the fact that there's a knowledgeable woman working there. I've been to many hardware stores because I've done a few reno projects in my day & appreciated having someone like me to help me.

I won't be going back to this store unless I absolutely have to. I'll make the trip to Mauston first. I bought a tube of silicone caulk on Saturday for my bathroom. I took my last shower on Saturday, and prepped my shower floor immediately afterwards, preparing to caulk it on Sunday. As I was trying to use the caulk, it was super thick and chunky. When I looked at the expiration date, it expired Jan 2021. I had to wait until Monday after work to get a replacement tube, and the caulk needs 24 hours to cure before I can use the shower again. The only response I got when I explained that to the store manager... Was him walking up to the shelf, looking at another expired tube of caulk, and him saying "It's got a different SKU. I don't even know how it got here." Not an apology, not an offer of a solution, nothing. I totally understand that accidents happen, but a little empathy or an offer of some kind of solution would have gone a long way. I'll be washing myself in the kitchen sink tonight, and I'm not a happy camper about it.

Have issues with a new trailer hitch that I bought. Came in and asked for advice, got help from one of the employees there who found me a pipe to use as a breaker bar. Extremely helpful friendly and amazing experience!

Difficult to find someone to help get some chainsaw chains from behind the counter when I had a job waiting. After 15 minutes of waiting for the guy to finish his lah dee da conversation, had to ask the kid on the other side to abandon the check-out counter and help me out, which she did a great job at! Their hours are terrible. Don't think you can stop in after work to get supplies for an impromptu project, they'll be closed.
