Great selection of food. Pretty much everything you need without too much bizarre items. Smaller store than the bigger supermarkets, so you need to waste a half a day grocery shopping.

When I first entered the store, the floor of the store was filthy.For lack of better words, the prices were astronomical.The produce was well some of it was rotten. Shelves were not properly stocked. The staff was extremely unfriendly and one of the staff members proceeded to follow.
Myself and other members in my party around the store. Watching our every move as if we were doing something wrong when we were just merely trying to purchase some items. The check out personnel was extremely road and very, very unprofessi. Will never, ever shop there again. What a disgrace.

The place is a complete mess. Prices are overpriced on a lot of food. I’m not understanding the concept. I thought it was a cheaper alternative to name brand food but the prices are not lower at all. I don’t get Aldi at all. It also don’t smell very pleasant walking in. I was also charged 6 times for an item I bought one of. Check your receipts.

I’ve always understood that Aldi values efficiency, but Friday May 2nd the service I experience at the Neenah location crossed the line into unacceptable behavior. The cashier, Tina, was extremely rude throughout checkout—sighing, visibly irritated, and aggressively tossing our groceries into the cart simply because we didn’t place them on the belt the way she preferred.
Everyone has tough days, but basic kindness and respect should still be part of customer service. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first negative experience we’ve had at this location, but it was by far the worst.
Aldi Neenah, please take this as a reminder: treating customers with courtesy matters. We all have enough challenges in life—shopping shouldn’t be one of them.

Lowering score. I'm still having trouble buying my favorite bags of rice even after all half a decade You guys continue to sell the 2 flavors in a one box which does not account for the more popular flavor selling out quicker. I love the long grain and wild rice in a bag. But it's paired up with Chicken flavor which ends up sitting on the shelf for weeks because everyone else hates it too. Maybe, just maybe sell based on demand? Is that too much to ask in this data driven age?
