The receptionist was super friendly and so was the nurse. But as for Dr. Paul S. Schleitwiler, he lacked compassion and empathy. He barley let me finish explainingall my symptoms. Made me feel like I shouldn't of came in. Which is why I don't like going in. I came in due to respiratory issues. He kept interrupting me. Just blamed my smoking habit on why I was feeling so sick. Just, he had me on tears due to his lack of compassion and not listening to me. I don't understand how he is even a dr. Horrible experience with him.

Went in for an annual physical. Confirmed with Aurora and my Health insurance it would be free. They still charged me $34 dollars for no reason. Called to cancel the charges and got warned they may add more money to the bill.

Always had a good experience here. From a foot injury and check ups with my primary, to an animal bite in urgent care. I have always been taken care of in a very professional manor. The nurses and physicians have always answered my questions or found an answer if not sure. Definitely reccomend coming to Aurora.

I think it needs a little up date some of the nurses were rude.Took my friend in for her appointment & she was in there for 2 hours for a wellness check. That was a bit long when the health center was not busy at all.Need to be more persistent on their times & not have their patients wait so long. Be more caring.

Firstly, I want to thank the receptionists and nurses at Neenah and Oshkosh... you are outstanding, wonderful people who were extremely helpful and upheld the utmost professionalism. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you... that gold star is for you... Now for the 4 blanks... This was my first time scheduling an appointment... all I had to do was transfer lab work from my current provider, to Aurora so it could be completed... I can honestly say Aurora has the worst phone system I have ever encountered. Combined with the fact they neglect to list direct phone numbers, and NO fax numbers... yet I am supposed to call them, fax the request, all before I can even know appointment availability... which might be okay if I could call directly... but no, it's 30 minutes of getting transferred or being on hold, because you can't call directly... Aurora, your amazing staff deserve better. Please, your facility was amazing, the people were outstanding... they deserve better.

I’ve been to this care center a couple times and each time the experience is wonderful. Dr. Michael Helf was so nice and explained everything very well. I don’t feel like another number here. The wait wasn’t long at all, and they even got me in earlier than my appointment time.

Went in w/sore throat and they tested for Strep then COVID. Turns out all I had was a cold. The "visit" (15 minutes w/a provider administering two swabs then telling me to gargle salt water) cost $407. If they aren't in network steer clear.

Be prepared for them to tell you one thing in person, and another on paper.

Place is a joke with prescription refills. You call on time they say they have 72 hrs to acknowledge the refill. But if you call earlier so you don’t run out they give you the third degree for calling earlier. Plus they also constantly reschedule on you. Go elsewhere!!!

I scheduled an appointment, on line, Friday night, for a Saturday morning appointment. This is very convenient! They called in the X-ray tech, and she was there in 20 minutes. Great care.

I will never visit Aurora's Urgent Care Center again, and I recommend that anyone who does not wish to be charged exorbitant fees for basic care does the same. I visited Aurora's urgent care clinic to make sure that I did not have anything more than a cold. I saw a physicians assistant for less than 10 minutes. I had zero lab work done, and all she really did was ask a few questions and check my ears and throat, to verify that what I had was probably viral and would resolve on its own. A few weeks later I receive my bill, which is due one week later and is for over $350 (and this is after my insurance paid for a portion). The only detail on the bill explaining this charge was "OFFICE/OUTPT VISIT". I called to question this and was told that they don't have a standard office visit fee and that they would get back to me with a more detailed breakdown of the services that went into my bill. Three weeks later (after I paid my bill because they gave me zero time to question or contest it) I finally receive a response in the mail which feels like a slap in face. All it says is that they believe that the "claim did accurately reflect the information available regarding the service and [they] will not be making an adjustment." So either they spent zero time looking in to my concerns or they have no explanation for the insane fees that they charged. There really is no explanation I can imagine for charging $350 for the minimal services that I received, and Aurora is crooked for either not recognizing or caring that this charge is exorbitant. I sent another email to Aurora's customer care center voicing my frustration but I seriously doubt that they will do anything different in response.
