Tara kept the door open for me at 8:56 pm to help me find the parts and tools i needed to be able to get what i need so i could change my calipers and roaders tomorrow to be able to get to work im am greatful of her support what a hire!!

The staff are super helpful and friendly! I had a great experience there on 3/1/25 and received help replacing my rear turn signal bulb. The price for the bulbs were fair and they had a decent selection. I will definitely be back!

I went in to pick up a couple of headlights for my Toyota Camry the other day, and one of the clerk's (I forgot the gentleman's name) quickly helped me identify which headlight I needed. Not only that, but he also helped me install the right bulb and gave me guidance to install the left which was hidden behind my battery. I had an excellent customer service experience and will be back with my other auto part needs.

Thank you Dillon for going above and beyond to help me. My breaks started having issues on the way into work so I googled it. I found it might be low break fluid. Auto zone was near and open on Memorial Day. He helped put more in and even noticed my oil was low! Thank you for your great attitude Dillon!!

I went to this auto zone today to get a few things for my new ford fusion and was welcomed and helped with everything by a very nice lady with a jacket and glasses she made everything to easy and was so helpful and just went above and beyond she truely wanted to help and make sure I get everything I needed a younger guy also went above and beyond to try and get the paint pen I needed for my car I will definitely be returning this is my new favorite place for car parts I don’t think I’ve ever been helped so much with so much friendliness at a store before

Went to get Ignition Fob battery replaced for my Avalon, they get the fob apart, found the battery , INSTALLED THE BATTERY (!), and I was out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Great service, great people. 2/20/2024, 10:30am. Thank you!!
