We were in town for a kids b-ball tournament. The kids had a blast in the pool after playing b-ball.Rooms: We were able to get connecting rooms for the kids to stay next to us. All around nice hotel.

There are so many good things to say about this Best Western such as room size, awesome shower, bathrobes, and adjoining restaurant. However we stayed in the exact same room a year ago and noticed how the cleanliness of the room went downhill. We had hairs in our bedding and the housekeeper replaced all the bedding. We noticed how dirty the floors were near the sink and bathroom. Someone had dropped a glass and there were little pieces all over. The wooden blinds on the door were so full of dust. It’s too bad. It is such a beautiful place and friendly staff. But we won’t be back.Rooms: Needs more attention to cleanliness of rooms

Horrible place! I was the housekeeping supervisor there for three years ! Make sure to Check all sheets and floors! The coffee makers in rooms are nasty.Make sure you don’t forget anything cause the housekeeping department has thieves! They even caught a housekeeper stealing from the housekeeping office, caught her on camera, but they still kept her as an employee!!

We enjoyed our stay! The pool area is perfect for babies on up. Even the older kids seemed to enjoy the basketball area and hot tubs, but more geared towards the under 10 years old age. The arcade and upstairs seating area were nice to eat a lunch and take a break from the pool without dragging everything back to the hotel room. Our room had a kitchenette and table area, which was perfect to cook and prep our taco dinner. Loved the spacious king in the bedroom. The only issue we had was hearing the people (even from the third floor) use the pool and outside hot tub pretty late into the evening, but we just turned on music. Im sure if you had a room on the first floor or the poolside room, it would be quite loud, but nothing the hotel can really do about that. It is all part of staying at a hotel that has a pool area!We ordered breakfast from the restaurant on site for 3 for about $40, skillets and pancakes, which was a fair price for the large portions. It was very easy to order take out online, and it was ready within 15 minutes. We also ate dinner there for decent quality and a reasonable price, but it's not an up-scale dinner option, probably closer to an Applebees vibe.Parking and check-in were seemless. We did the precheck in which made it quick in the lobby.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Very happy with our stay. Loved it, room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Great accomodations for dogs, our pet friendly room was right next to a dog walking area, which was Awesome. Pond and walking area nearby, very nice view.Lots of stores and restaurants nearby which was also a plus.

This hotel is incredible! I think it's the BEST one we've stayed in PERIOD.From the moment you step in those doors YOU KNOW you're in for a comfortable stay.Mark, at the front desk, was literally the highlight of our stay. Seriously. I know how stressful it can be working with guests, especially during the holiday season but Mark may just be the "God of customer service". Mark made sure we could secure a room after issues with my card. He was gracious and so was his coworker at the front desk. We made our way to our room (passed free coffee, tea and hot water on the way), we opened our door and ... LUXURY! We had a 2-room king suite and it was gorgeous! From the art on the wall, the soft lighting, plush carpet, wood accents, black lacquer, robes, full kitchen sink, extra pillows, comfy bed, extra pillows in closet -- what more could i ask for?Well, I ended up needing more.Multiple families had reserved many rooms on the second floor where our room was. The running, screaming, stomping, crying and parents encouraging this behavior was too much for my husband and I. We sent a text message to Mark at the front desk asking to be moved. NOT ONE QUESTION WAS ASKED, he said come get the new room key and we'll put you into something that will make you much happier. Mark also seen in the notes that I requested a fan for white noise -- he had one waiting! My husband grabbed the key, got our luggage and away we went to our new room on the 3rd floor in a MUCH, much quieter part of the building. To my surprise we were upgraded to a whirlpool suite with a view of the water behind the building! Swimming and birdwatching are my 2 favorite things to do - SCORE! We purposely picked this hotel because of the water amenities - pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub. We used both but the water was 10 degrees too cold outside and it was 40° on December 23! The water in the pool was also pretty chilly so I just stayed in the indoor hot tub. Who really cares about the public hot tub when you have one in your room, ha! Cute game room with amazing seating overlooking the pool area. We didn't eat here but did walk through the connecting hallway between the two buildings which was very charming.I think Mark was the highlight of our trip. Our text message communication left me feeling extremely well taken care of. He will be the reason my husband and I come back -- not the pool, not the luxury -- Mark. 5-stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I always enjoy a Best Western especially if it's a premier. Jacuzzi suite, very clean and a super large room with a comfortable bed and pillows. Located just a couple minutes off of the freeway and easy to find.

We absolutely love staying at the bridgewood when we visit Neenah. We stayed in a king room with a wall that divided the room from the couch/living room. Every hotel should be set up this way!The pool area is older but nice for young kids.Rooms: 10/10 for design and setupNearby activities: Ton of family friendly activities in NeenahSafety: Felt safeFood & drinks: Bar connected to hotel

The room was a superb king suite. Great amenities in the room. Things we typically expect, coffee and a coffee maker, a fridge but with a water bottle holder in the door, a microwave, a dryer, iron. Great sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. But this newer hotel has the fixtures that we have come to expect in life and they're plentiful. 110v combined with USB. Plenty of lighting. The service was superb. I minused my rating one ? because of the high amount of noise from outside our room. The doors bang when they close. The door banging woke us up several times after midnight. In the morning we could hear noise from the next room while we ate breakfast. Not the quality one would expect at $175 a night.Food & drinks: The restaurant is connected to a Ground Round restaurant. Leave a door hanger out for in room breakfast.

Looked nice, staff was pleasant. My eldest however did get a bacterial skin infection after being in the hot tub. but I think it may have been his fault I tell him to rinse off before and after I dont think he listened he will now.
