This is the 4th time within a month that the online banking has been down. Stopped at this location to see what's going on. The lady at the desk wasn't very helpful at allShouldn't you know if you're stuff is off line? If that's the case How can others be coming in and using service ? just doesn't want me to figure things out

I just called to the Neenah bmo bank to possibly start banking services with them and I was met with rudeness, lies and unwillingness to help and service a potential customer. Kim, who said she was the manager, told me that she didn't want my kind of business (and what does that mean). I will be going forward so someone can hear how she spoke to me, unprovoked mind you. I have the call recorded mainly because I wanted to be able to relay the helpful information I thought I would get to my husband but instead I have Kim speaking to me in a very unprofessional manner along with hanging up on me and still I never yelled, cursed or was rude in any way . I will never bank with bmo bank ,and I will tell or playback the call to anyone who will listen.

I have had a positive experience at this branch. They have been very helpful and friendly. One two occasions I had fraudulent activity on my account and they were quick to provide help.

Every time I ask a question about my account no one seems to know what's going on or has answers I will be looking for a new bànk and recently for the last 2 months I've noticed 2 separate $3 service fees and all I've done was deposit cash into my account. That's not right

Couldn't complete a transaction because they're systems auto logged off at noon? I've done the same at any other location and that has never been an issue

I had an exceptionally rude and unprofessional experience trying to complete a transaction at this location. The downtown Appleton BMO location was happy to complete the same transaction that same day, so I highly recommend anyone choosing to use BMO to avoid this specific branch if at all possible. Absolutely no rationale was given as to why I was turned down at this specific location; I would have requested to close my account completely based on the treatment I received from this Neenah branch’s manager, but luckily I was taken care of in a friendly and professional manor elsewhere.

I went to the Neenah WI location to cash a check that was written to me from a large company that banks with BMO Harris. They told me that they would cash the check, that was again from their bank for a $10.00 fee. They would wave that fee if I opened a account with them. The check was for $55.00. WOW! 20% charge! I made it very clear to her that I would not pay the fee or ever even consider opening an account with any bank with such poor customer service!

It's taken me 30 minutes of my time this week to make a simple business deposit, and the transaction still is not finished. Their hours that are limited in their drive through are completely inadequate to meet the needs of their customers, with lines 3 and 4 deep in their drive through, but still they will not open their front door nor will they expand their drive through hours back to what they normally would be. There is not an increased risk of COVID from the hours of 8:30-9:30 and 4-5:30pm in the drive through. There is no excuse for this terrible customer service. And when I bring this issue to their attention, they won't give me 30 seconds of their time to hear my concerns and relay them to their branch supervisor, even though they have wasted 30 minutes of my time this week, and the work is still not done. Tone deaf, and don't care.

Customer service is absolutely top notch. Every issue is always fixed on the spot then and there. Kelly and the others even greet you by name once you've been there for a while. It's nice to have an institution where people actually do their jobs for once.

The workers are very friendly, but I can never go to this bank without them asking me to open a credit card or apply for a mortgage. It's irritating, it makes me uncomfortable, and makes me not want to visit this location. I don't experience this nearly at all at other locations. I go to this one when I need to, but they have made me really want to avoid this place when I'm able to, and go to a different bmo Harris instead.

I don't bank here, but this branch is very helpful and friendly. I stopped in yesterday to see if there was a notary present and willing to notarize a document for me (I had originally gone to UPS but theirs had left earlier than planned). Amanda was extremely nice and accommodating. They don't even charge a nominal fee! I really appreciate this kind of service.

Opened up a checking account with Kelly. She was knowledgeable, explained all the options with me, and assisted me in determining which account would best suit my needs and circumstances. She was courteous and friendly. I also met Brandon, the manager. I was impressed with his customer service. I am pleased with my decision to bank with BMO Harris and I look forward to dealing the Neenah branch staff in the future.
