I love my new credit union/bank. Wish I switched sooner. I have been with them for 4 months so far and I am extremely happy! I love how you can see your actual real credit score on the mobile app. I do not have good credit and I was offered a personal loan and a credit card which is awesome when my old bank would not do that for me. My credit score has gone up a lot since being with covantage and I’m very happy I made the switch when I did!

Tried to call them about my car loan numerous times, and as of yet, no one answers the phone but the computer with none-stop advertising. I guess I'll have to quit paying the loan before they'll talk to me.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They will take money from you with no explanation and keep adding on extra money each month. If you try to get to the bottom of the issue you will speak to multiple employees. All who tell you its taken care of. Until the next month when they call asking for more money on top of your loan. Never go through them. You can find better rates and much better customer service just about anywhere else. I'm looking at you Kristen.

Could care less about their neighbors in residential neighborhoods. The parking lot lights make it look like daylight all the time.

I'm giving them 2 stars because the woman from Shawano is amazing to work with: however, the ladies at the branch in Neenah are very slow and seem to have no training at all when it comes to loans. My boyfriend got a loan for a new car and used CoVantage because it is close to our home. He set up everything for the loan via phone with Kristen in Shawano. She said all the paperwork would be available at Neenah and he just needed to stop in to pick up the check. It took one and a half hours for the ladies at the Neenah location to figure out what to do. They didn't every know how to print the paperwork. It took 3 of them to figure out how to handle the loan. It was painful. A couple days later, my boyfriend asked me if I would stop into the bank and pick up the temporary plates. I stopped in there and was treated like I was trying to commit a crime. They wouldn't give me the plates and one of the three women who were helping me, scolded me because he hadn't brought in the title, which was being mailed to us. One of the women walked away and I had to ask if she was helping me, they other didn't know. She had gone into her office to call my boyfriend, who was sleeping because he works 3rd shift. He didn't answer his phone, and they would not give me the plates. I imagine they have a large number of people coming in to steal temporary plates. The rude women who had attempted to call him, emailed him saying "A women claimed to be your girlfriend came into the branch today asking for your plates. We weren't about to just give them to her...." I, personally would NEVER use them for my banking or loans. I know my boyfriend will be moving his loans to another bank as soon as the current issue is settled. They are rude, slow, and have no clue what is going on. Maybe they can do regular withdraws and deposit transactions, but that must be the limit to their intelligence.

They made a $100 mistake on my checking account and they've only been in charge of my account for about a week. It took 3 phone calls and being on hold for an average of 10 min each time. One electronic signature on my phone in order to get their mistake fixed. Just under 24 hours total. I think the first person I talked to apologized but barely. After that I was treated like they were doing me the favor. There are other really good credit unions in my area that I will be moving my business to. Evergreen is one. Hope this review helps someone make an informed decision.

Will nickel and dime you from your money with miscellaneous fees that they don't tell you about.
