These guys locked my credit card without so much as a word of warning. My limit was set at $1,000 and my balance was LESS THAN $900, so why was I locked out? Who knows - they might, but they aren't sharing. Go to a bank you can trust - I'm going to tomorrow. ADIOS Comm 1st.

Awful customer service. I called to sort out a check issue and was given no help at all. The woman On the phone was rude and condescending the whole time, and every time I had a question she would repeat irrelevant information that had nothing to do with what I asked. After reading other review left by unsatisfied customers this seems to be an ongoing issue with staff having bad attitudes and not being willing to help customers. Maybe they should find a new job, because customer service is obviously not a good fit. I would've given them zero stars, unfortunately that wasn't an option.

I've been with them for years now and never had a problem until about a year ago. Their "overdraft protection" includes charging you $25 for $1.70!!! When I placed an online order they took the money then 2 days later half of it showed back up so I thought my order was reversed because the store didn't have it in stock. So I didn't think anything of it then a WEEK later it's gone again and a couple days later shows up finally it was taken and now resulting in a $25 over draft fee they refuse to fix even though they admitted fault. I had to cancel my card and then because they wouldn't issue a new one I was forced to get a gift card that had another fee attached to it so I could pay bills!!! The number of problems I've had with them is ridiculous I'm moving my money to a fee free account immediately!

GREAT experience !!! Worked with a guy named Zach, who actually used to be my griller at McDonalds. PROMPT communication !!:) Would recommend ZACh to anyone looking to bank in The area!

I had been a member of Community First Credit Union for over 20 years until this week. I unfortunately had an issue, that was my fault, with over drafts since December that went unnoticed by myself in an account I don't use often. I did have overdraft protection but the amount of times this occurred ended up being quite a bit of money. When I addressed this with the manager Danielle at the Neenah location asking for help ....she made me feel like it was her against me. At one point I asked her a question and she snapped back at me. It was at that point I had decided to cease doing business with this credit union after 20 years. Not once did I get a notice from the credit union telling me I was overdrawn which seems pretty standard.

I have nothing but good things to say about Community First. Very polite and helpful. And they care more about you then the money.

This location is kept clean. The staff is friendly and service is relatively quick, with available tellers keeping an eye on the door for entering patrons.
