I called to have a prescription filled prior to having to travel to another state and the gentleman that works in this locations pharmacy was sarcastic and unfriendly and unwilling to work with me at all. My prescription has been there since 11/6 and I called at 7:45AM on 11/8 and asked if they could please have it ready by 8:30-8:45 so I could grab it before I have to go on my flight at 10:30. I told him I had to be at the airport at 9 and he told me the absolute earliest I would be able to pick it up would be 9. Then when I asked again if there was anyway he changed his answer to 10. I already hate going to this location because he’s been rude to me before but I’m so sick of being treated like I don’t matter to this guy when I’m politely asking him to work with me. I get this script every month and in the past it’s never been a problem… but with HIM it is. Wouldn’t tell me his name when I asked but there are SEVERAL Google reviews about this guy so it seems to be a real issue.

I needed clarification about a medication from the pharmacy and the tech asked the pharmacist for advice, he literally said “I don’t care” walked away and assisted someone in the drive through. This location has awful customer service. Older employees still need to take customer service training.. this will go a long way.

Pharmacy shuts down in the middle of the day. Let's have all businesses do that, and finish off customer service once and for all.

Employee literally said "We don't care what corporate rules are, we have our own that we follow" while denying my sale of gift cards.He also said it was a "Loss prevention rule" which implies he thinks I was trying to do some sort of scam.

My doctor sent a new prescription for an increase in dose and quantity to CVS. They mistakenly filled the old one. When I pointed out the mistake, they refused to fix the problem. They said that they couldn't fill the new prescription until next time! The My prescription will run out in 21 days. Seriously ?

Wow. Can I give minus five stars? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. No, make that NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Three times I 've been in here and walked past the shift lead and another worker who were laughing and chatting with each other and never even looked at me as I stood next to them, much less ask if I needed anything. I asked for her name, she said "Jen" then demanded to know why I wanted her name. Again- WOW. I WILL say the pharmacy is the complete opposite and I would give them a separate five star review if I could. Since front of the store staff make the first impression, gonna stick with minus 5. I used to be a shift lead at CVS and this decline is such a sad thing to see.

Whoever the gentleman was working at 6pm on 3/13th in the drive thru needs to cross the street and get a happy meal, was extremely rude about me being on the phone with the person I was picking up for incase they had questions and told me I needed to come back and wouldn’t help me even though my phone was in my lap. Never had this problem with any other workers as it’s a much more efficient if there’s any questions for the one I’m picking up. Two stars since it’s the person not the company

I’m displaced to Neenah because of hurricane Ian. Some I called December 26th to refill a prescription. I spoke to a young man and explained my situation and that I was out of a medication. He took my info and said it needed an approval which I had already told him. He took my doctors information and said he’d put in a request and would get it filled. One week later I called and was connected with the same guy to see if it was filled. He looked up my information and said that needs to be refilled at the pharmacy on Fort Myers Beach and I’d have to call it in through that store. I asked why he wouldn’t have told me that when I spoke to him the week before. He muttered something I couldn’t understand, I told him I was disappointed and do I need to use another store and he didn’t seem to care and I believe he said, sure. End of conversation.

I transferred my prescriptions here from another CVS location, and after a single month I've sent them right back to my old pharmacy. I've never been treated so poorly at any CVS as I have here. I've also never had any other location put your diagnosis on the med label for all to see, which sounds like a violation of privacy and excuse for bigotry if I've ever heard one.

Went in to buy two Covid tests and have them run through our insurance. Pharmacist was nothing but rude, and was that if we wanted to do that we’d have to come back tomorrow because he was too busy. Disgusting.

Went in to get my flu and COVID vaccines. Accidentally booked an appt for the wrong CVS because this location would not show up on my phone for some reason. The first pharmacist I talked to helped me cancel my appointment at the other pharmacy and let me get my flu shot as a walk-in but didn't have an answer for me as far as the COVID shot was concerned. The pharmacist who gave me my flu vaccine though was super helpful and booked an appointment for me using his personal device since mine wouldn't show the correct location. When I came in the next day he remembered my name and said hello and goodbye to me. Very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff overall just wish the technology side worked better!

Always professional and pleasant with no hassle and I am in no personal or otherwise way connected to CVS just a customer.
