Every time I rented from enterprise, it’s been a really easy transaction. The staff has been very helpful and professional and even when I’ve had to extend my rental it’s been super easy and I rent a whole lot from work. I feel valued as a customer and that’s really important to me as well so I will continue to go through enterprise for all of my rentals in the future and I drive around from place to place all over the state and sometimes even into other states for my job so this has been a really great experience and I will keep coming back

My experience renting from Enterprise has been nothing but good. I’m always treated well, the staff are very friendly, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences and I’ve rented here a whole lot for my job this year so, I’ve had nothing bad experiences yet. I really appreciate how much I feel valued as a customer and I will keep coming back every time I need a rental car.

We rented a vehicle to take on an extended weekend trip. It was very easy to reserve my vehicle on the app and the pick up was quick and easy. The vehicle was comfortable, has all the bells and whistles. It even had the new car smell. Drop off was fast and simple. Will definitely be renting from them again.

Jarrett was AMAZING! We had a car rental in place for our vacation weeks ahead of time with the Fond Du Lac location. I called them and the man confirmed that I could drop off after hours on a Saturday - when we got there they denied ever saying that and wanted to charge me for 2 extra days. We canceled with them last minute. In a rush, we called all over and it wasn't until I reached Jarrett in Neenah that my hope in Enterprise was restored. Jarrett made our last minute trip seamless and had no problem with letting us return the van after hours. I would definitely drive out of my way to rent from the Neenah office again. Amazing service and great care. Thanks Jarrett!!

Enterprise in Neenah has absolutely fantastic customer service. Walked into the store Thursday because my truck let me down. Needed a rental they were closing in 10 minutes this guy had me in a car on my way in less than that time frame! Fast easy service. He was great. When it came to return the car same thing I was in and out less then 5 minutes. Seriously the best service EVER! Hands down!

Rented a vehicle recently at the Neenah location. Met with Jarrett S., he had all of my information ahead of time when I arrived. He walked me through the process, and when car was selected he explained all the gadgets and how to work ‘em. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional knew his inventory and provided excellent customer service. Would definitely use this location again should I need to in the future. Keep up the great work!
