I was not a customer of firestone- but will be. They took the time to evaluate the TPMS system in my older Toyota. They recalibrate, then I reset the TPMS button and after a weekend of driving not knowing if I had an issue, it is working. The company that installed 2 new TPMS monitors did not do the recalibrations-even after 3 repeated visits in one day!

Love stopping here when I have an issue. Popped in this morning with a loose dust cover and they were able to fit me in to get it secured so I can drive. Always friendly and helpful staff anytime I stop for service or questions.

I scheduled a oil change and tire rotation earlier in the week. The Day of appointment at 11am they said that I was not in the schedule and refused to service my car. Eventually I got a work order through email at 11:40am so I thought they checked my car in and was about to work on it. Asked for an update by 4pm and they still haven't even started on it, when it was scheduled for 11am. Was told that I wasn't a priority. The moment I was told I wasn't even scheduled in for the day of the appointment instantly broke my trust. It's apparent they don't care about the customers. I picked my car back up and doing the maintenance myself.

Absolute worst experience of my life with an auto repair facility. Wasted my time. Scheduled appointment to fix my air conditioning. I dropped the car off the day before, called the next day afternoon for update. Advised they didn't repair, didn't have anyone who could run the diagnostic equipment, hadn't been trained. Said I should take to their sister store in Appleton WI. I said why would you take a reservation to fix my air conditioning when you didn't have the ability to fix it. They said they thought the technician would have been trained by the time my appointment came. I said what a waste of my time. They could have called me prior to my appointment and advised me of the situation that no one could fix my air so not to drop the car. What a joke, wasted a day of my time, drove 30 miles there and 30 miles back to my house to drop and pick up the vehicle and then had to drive it to Appleton and drop if there now for three days. Appleton folks appear very helpful, should have went there in the first place. If I were you completely avoid the morons in Neenah.

Tire repair : called for a tire repair and scheduled for 2pm. Went to drop off car and no one was there, 2 signs up saying off 29/30 - todays 28th. Waste of time - poorly done.

Had my grandaugter's brakes inspected along with suspension. The estimated cost was near $1650 to do all recommended repairs. Went to my own auto mechanic and he found no immediate need for any repairs.

Needed a new set of tires quick. Contacted Firestone and was greeted by Ben. I explained what I needed, and I could not believe a few hours later out the door with some new tires. What a great great experience. Ben also helped me out with some rebates and discounts.

Ben, at the Neenah, Wi. location went above and beyond his job get my vehicle fixed. Kept me informed and was very respectful of the situation. He deserves a raise or a commercial about his service.

When I called to find out about getting an appointment for a slow leaking tire, Katana offered to send me to Tires Plus in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, as that was where I was at. However, they were booked up solid and couldn't help me that day. So, I went about 15 minutes down the road to the Firestone store in Neenah. Katana remembered me and was able to get me in right away. They found a screw in my tire, fixed it, and I was on my way in about 30 minutes. This is why I only buy my tires from, and have a lifetime alignment at, Firestone! Exceptional service is always found there. I will be back!

On the way to our scheduled appt at Firestone, our vehicle died .5 miles from the store. When it died we had pulled into a dealership, but was not comfortable having them service our vehicle. We have an established relationship w/the Neenah Firestone store & had a much higher level of confidence in them - to treat us fairly & explain what the issue is. Ben, Katana & staff worked to get the svu moving, to the Neenah store, & the repair completed. They went out of their way to make a stressful situation manageable. It was also a great lesson for my daughter (a new driver); you don't have to know how to fix everything on the car, but you do need to know/have a trusted source who can fix it & treat you well. THANK YOU so much for working with us & fixing "Blu".
