“Oh my goodness: where to start?! First off: Wendy ( I hope the spelling is correct) is above and beyond a beautiful and lovely person. She helped us find what we needed and shared in stories that lightened our hearts. My mother and I are traveling from Ohio to pick up our beagle we adopted from the Ridgland Farms testing facility, and the beagles name is Lucy. We had searched for a place that had local items to purchase, we love ornaments from places we travel to remember. We found this adorable establishment! Online and had to take look! And it did not disappoint in offerings of local items but also fun and specific items for gifts. We found everything and more than this delightful store. A huge Thank you to Wendy for being such an Angel!!”
“Went here with a group of friends to create our own candles. It is a fun and unique experience. They have a whole wall of different scents to choose from and a binder with recommendations of their own combos. The space is too cute and they had one of the dogs there! They have plenty of things to look at if there is a wait and you even get a rubber ducky with your purchase.”

“I was looking all over for something cute that said wisconsin other than a shirt, hat or coffee cup. Either found nothing or very tacky looking things in waupaca, the dells, king. We stopped in here and found what I needed. Lots of options, prices were great. The guyat the counter was very nice and helpful. When visiting next year will skip all the looking and come here 1st!”

“I purchased 2 pairs of Swags part #135-46. One set was fine but the other set had 2 swags that were only the left side (looking at the window) and was missing the right side. I need to return that set and have you return a pair of swags with right and left side.

The store did call me back and I explained my problem. The person who called was polite and said the new swags would be sent to me asap and she appoligized the error. I will buy from them again in the future. Thank you Country Village Shoppe.

“Stopped in for a little gift and was pleased with all the options!! It's like a local Hallmark store in there! Smells amazing, so warm, cozy and festive. Everything is locally made so there was a nice selection of quality items. The owner seemed super sweet and nice and took her time with everyone when I was in there.”
