The worker I was supposed to work with was almost 15 minutes late and she had to work with both me and another couple who's worker didn't come at all. There was only one person working when I arrived. When she did help me, she had to call someone else to answer my questions. That part was fine due to my family having a unique situation. She then directed me to speak with someone at a different location to have my questions answered. Again, that's fine. I'd rather she get the correct information than not. However, the individual at the other location gave me a completely different answer. I felt worried and anxious after everything and didn't even have my taxes filed there, I ended up having to complete them myself after making sure I had the correct information. We also never made it to her cubicle, she helped me in the waiting area and was walking back and forth between me, her work station, the front desk, and the other couple she was helping. I don't think this is entirely her fault, she was 1 of only 2 people working, but it is rather frustrating and it left me wondering about how they'd be able to help me again in the future.

Connie was so extremely patient with me. I forgot a document and she was more than understanding. Very great experience from start to finish.

Sitting here 25 minutes past appointment time, this place is never on top of things. I'd advise anyone to not use them, they are the worst!

Scammed bad. Unprofessional! Made an appointment they scheduled it in a different city. We reschedule. Week later show up at 2nd appointment and they cancelled it the same day they made the appointment. So they did let me see a tax specialist anyways at that time and made a different client wait who was scheduled the same time. The clients name was Morgan. They told me it would be around $200 for fed and state on the phone. 2nd appointment the tax specialist couldn't figure out how to do form 1116. Tried to skip it and couldn't. So I had to reschedule for a third time while they figure it out. Show up to my third appointment told my invoice was $450 not $200. Lady was offended when I asked why the price change said to me I can go elsewhere. Said it was very difficult and form 1116 is one of the hardest tax forms to do. It was over $100 for that form alone. Never explained the form or what was done just that I should trust it was correct . She was rushing me out because they double booked. I would never recommend. I also think the unprofessional behavior should be investigated. Gonna charge me $450 dollars for headaches and can't keep an appointment or explain the taxes. Cancel appointments and give false quotes over the phone. Never again almost laughed when she wanted to set an appointment for next year.

You will pay $400 at this business, if you have 1 dependent. They tell you the price after going through the entire process. This company is joke. If you have atleast half a brain and can do your taxes, I advise it. Don’t walk into this business and get shook down. P.S. If you’re looking for a $2,500 advance on your tax money, enjoy your $700 advance out of $5,000 of refund money. Joke company all around.

When I first sat down with my consultant, I was told it was going to be $400 and a very intricate process. I sat there for about 30 minutes listening to his life story. I was trying to be polite, but I was there to get my taxes done. The first mistake was misspelling my first name. The second mistake was putting all of my W-2s underneath a spouse which I am not married. This made us have to start all over again. After sitting there for two hours he told me I should come back because he was getting flustered and it had been a long day. He said he had been working since 8 AM and it was now 5 PM. During these two hours he was able to tell me I was getting four dollars back in federal… If he did my taxes correctly, and that I owe him $500 to do my taxes. He then told me I could come back the following day at 4 PM, but it wasn’t an actual appointment so if I needed to cancel I wouldn’t be able. He told me I needed to leave all of my paperwork there so he could work on things. My taxes are not that difficult. I had a couple W-2s and a few self-employment, and everything else was self-explanatory. He did not seem educated enough to do even the simplest taxes. It was a horrible experience, and I would not suggest anyone going there. He told me I was free to go someplace else, but I definitely would not get an appointment with anyone due to the fact that it was so late in the season. I felt pressured and I will not be returning.
