Scott helped me, saved the day. My alternator went out on me while I was travelling from out of town and he got me back on the road the same day. Had to get an alternator from out of town, but he conducted it all and got me home to my daughter in time for bedtime. I have nothing but kind things to say about everyone at JJ's and Scott especially. That man is an angel.

I brought my car here for a second opinion. I have a few friends who go to JJ's so I figured I'd give them a try. I was so impressed! From my very first phone call with Jeff to going over options with Scott, everyone was so incredibly helpful. They treated me like I've been going there for years. So, whether they like it or not, they've got a new customer for life. ?

I want to give the biggest shoutout to JJ’S Auto for getting my vehicle repaired in record time. I thought I was going to be without it for a week or more. I went to JJ’s auto based on a recommendation and I can’t speak more highly of them. They went above and beyond to fix my car and were awesome with communication. I honestly don’t know how they did it but I thought my car was on its last legs and now it feels like a whole new car! I took my car here after rave reviews saying how awesome they are. I had a noticeable exhaust leak that I could smell inside the car. They said it was right under the drivers seat and "fixed" it for $400. Never got a receipt because when the car was ready I called to say I was coming and the guy said he was leaving work and I could give him my debit card number over the phone and he would leave the keys in the car because I had a spare.I noticed almost a week later that there was still an exhaust leak. Called them and got it in a week or so later. They checked it out and told me I have several exhaust leaks and it would cost $1000 to fix the whole exhaust system. Not right at all in my opinion. If you take a vehicle in to get fixed and they charge you but don't fix the issue then that is dishonest!!!I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

My car had a piece of "something" hanging off of it (non-engine related and ended up being a splash guard) and after calling to set up a drop off day/time I went to drop the car off and found that I had called and coordinated with the wrong JJ's location. Not only did they fit me in anyway, they had fixed the problem with my car within two hours and called to offer to do an oil change, put on new wiper blades, and clean off my battery connections (valid as my oil change was due 1,000 miles ago, my wiper blades were streaky and old, and I didn't love the corrosion on the battery but didn't want to clean it myself). They gave prices on all those services without me even asking for it, and it was very competitive pricing in my opinion. Also every person I spoke to was incredibly kind, I felt no pressure to agree to anything (although I obviously did agree to extra service since they offered) and the dropoff/pickup process was very easy and convenient for me.If I could give more than five stars I would, these guys are fantastic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was having issues with a misfire in my vehicle. I took it to JJ's who, after looking at it, recommended I take it to the local GM dealer because it may be under warranty. I took it to the GM dealer who confirmed the issue, but indicated it was not warrantied. The GM Dealer gave me an estimate twice that of JJs. We took the truck back. The initial concern of a bad fuel injector did not fix the misfire. Charlie and the team continued to look into the problem and ultimately diagnosed us with bad lifters, a damaged cam and then worst case scenario - a cracked engine block. Charlie looked all over for a new engine for my truck. JJs did everything they could to save us money knowing that this was really was worst case. Charlie called me with frequent updates and thoroughly explained my options throughout the process. I have trusted JJs with my vehicle needs for years, and we will continue to use them in the future.

Real good real solid guys,Aren't gonna hit you with a 500$ Oil changes and always tells you what needs to be fixed what doesn't need to be fixed and how much it all costs. Over all the service is great and you don't have to worry about being scammed
